Starch is the most abundant reserve polysaccharide in plants. Today, the main sources of starch extraction are tubers, roots and seeds, primarily from maize, tapioca, potato, wheat and rice. Starch can easily be extracted with high purity, resulting in a white, tasteless and odourless powder. These good organoleptic properties makes it an interesting resource for manifold applications, not only in human food and animal feed, but also as feedstock for non-food industrial applications such as pulp and paper, adhesives and bioethanol. Starch is also biodegradable and can exhibit thermoplastic behavior. Starch is used in food, cosmetics, paper, textile, and certain industries, as adhesive, thickening, stabilizing, stiffening, and gelling (pasting) agents. Starch consists of amylose and branched amylopectin molecules in molar ratios of 15% - 25% and 85% - 75%, respectively. Maize starch is most commonly used as a thickening and gelling agent, it is also use to produce many organic chemicals. It is an effective binder andhelps in achieving the right degree of clarity structur. It is also used to achieve chewiness in gums. Starch production in India is highly fragmented, with a variety of manufacturers with small to large capacities offering different sources, grades and derivatives of starch. Atta, Maida, Suji& Wheat Bran (Roller Flour Mill)-Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Around 800 large Flour Mills in the country convert about 10.5 Million Tons of wheat into wheat products i.e., Coarse Flour, Flour, Semolina, Bran & Wheat Germ. The installed capacity of Flour Mills is more than 21 Million Metric Tons. Roller Flour Milling sector processes around 12 – 15 per cent of the total wheat consumed in the country. Most wheat is consumed in the form of baked goods, mainly bread; therefore, wheat grains must be milled to produce flour prior to consumption. Wheat is also used as an ingredient in compound feedstuffs, starch production and as a feed stock in ethanol production. The aim of the miller is to extract the maximumproportion of flour from the grain with the least possible contamination by bran, pollard andgerm, the first two because they discolor the flour and the last because it reduces the keepingquality. Flour comprises a mixture of fine granules of starch and protein. Invest in a Roller flour milling in India being an agriculture economy, with growing population would always have a great opportunity in food. No industry could really match its growth and profitability potential. The world over food has been one of the most profitable industries and most of global food giants that have emerged have fundamentally been wheat millers. Cotton Seed Delinting, Crushing and Refining of Oil

Cotton is considered as the white gold and king of fibrecrops. It is one of the most important commercial crops of India and is the single largest natural source of fibre. It plays a dominant role in its agrarian and industrial economy as the backbone of textile industry, which consumes 70% of the country's total fibre produced. Cottonseed contains hull and kernel. The hull produces fibre and linters. The kernel contains oil, protein, carbohydrate and other constituents such as vitamins, minerals, lecithin, sterols etc. Cottonseed oil is extracted from cottonseed kernel. Cottonseed oil, also termed as"Heart Oil" is among the most unsaturated edible oils. It need not be as fully hydrogenated formany a cooking purposes as is required in case of some of the more polyunsaturated oils. According to analysts, cottonseed oil is cheaper than most other edible oils, and is gaining in popularity in the Indian market, promising better returns to those in the trade and at the same time benefitting consumers. MadanMangla, owner of Mangla Oil mills said, "There has been a significant jump in the demand in the last five years. So, not only have existing processors expanded capacity, but many new players have also been attracted. Five years ago there were around 10-12 players processing around 40-50 tonnes per day. Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash

Rice milling generates a byproduct known as husk. This surrounds the paddy grain. During milling of paddy about 78 % of weight is received as rice, broken rice and bran.Rest 22 % of the weight of paddy is received as husk. This husk is used as fuel in the rice mills to generate steam for the parboiling process. This husk contains about 75 % organic volatile matter and the balance 25 % of the weight of this husk is converted into ash during the firing process, is known as rice husk ash (RHA). This RHA in turn contains around 85 % - 90 % amorphous silica. Precipitated silica is used as filler for paper & rubber as a carrier & diluents for agricultural chemicals, as an anti-caking agent, to control viscosity & thickness and as a cleansing agent in toothpastes & in cosmetics. Engineering College (Aeronautical)

Engineering education is the activity of teaching knowledge and principles related to the professional practice of engineering. It includes the initial education (Bachelor and or MastersDegree) for becoming an engineer, and any advanced education and specializations that follow. Engineering education is typically accompanied by additional post graduate examinations and supervised training as the requirements for a professional engineering license. The aeronautical engineers are primarily responsible for creation of safer and more energy efficient economical methods for travelling including aircraft, helicopters, satellites, missiles and space crafts. These includes science of propulsion and aerodynamics, even it covers the development and selection of materials and equipment that are utilized in aircraft. This field is pretty new and under-developed as of now in India, primarily because of the huge investments it requires. The prominent government players, as rightly pointed out by Sanket, are ISRO, HAL, few DRDO labs like GTRE, ADA, DRDL and NAL. A few private companies like Tata, L & T, Mahindra, Taneja too have aerospace divisions, which basically cater to either the Indian government companies that I had mentioned above, or do consultancy activities for foreign aerospace companies. Aerospace engineering is a wide area, and we should not think that being an aerospace engineer means working in the field of aerodynamics or flight dynamics only. The subdivisions of an aerospace engineering curriculum usually consists of courses on propulsion, structures, robotics, navigation, control & guidance, manufacturing, spaceflight, aerodynamics, advanced fluid dynamics, material sciences and flight mechanics. So there are opportunities for Engineers from all Aeronautics, Mechanical, Electronics/Electrical in the industry. There are also challenges for Management professionals but they generally sprout from experience in engineering previous projects. There is a huge market in India for mini UAVs which do not require as large as an investment. There is a huge market for contractors. There is a huge market for maintenance of private & civil aircraft. Thus, as an entrepreneur this project offers an exciting opportunity to you.
