Spices are non-leafy parts (e.g. bud, fruit, seed, bark, rhizome, and bulb) of plants used as a flavoring or seasoning, although many can also be used as an herbal medicine. A closely related term, ‘herb’, is used to distinguish plant parts finding the same uses but derived from leafy or soft flowering parts. The two terms may be used for the same plants in which the fresh leaves are used as herbs, while other dried parts are used as spices, e.g. coriander, dill. India is the largest producer, consumer and exporter of spices Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Orissa, Rajasthan are major states producing varieties of spices. The project envisages setting up of a Spices Cryo-grinding unit. This is a new concept in spices processing, which results into higher production with better end product quality (aroma and color), than conventional spices grinding unit. This technology uses liquid nitrogen to control the grinding chamber temperature, the result of which is reduction in loss of volatile essential oils in the spices and higher production rate. There is an increasing demand for organic foods from the consumers, to avoid health hazards caused by pesticides, fertilizers, additives, and other substances that are found in regular food items. This has fueled the demand for organic spices. Additionally, the rising focus on food safety is also inducing food processing companies to prefer organic spices for the production of organic food items. India spices powder and blended spices market is expected to grow at an impressive rate during the forecast period. Aluminium Extruded Bar from Aluminium EN AW 6063

Aluminium is a versatile material integral to modern life. The metal is found in everything from soda cans to cell phones to window frames to airplanes. The aluminium industry can be categorized into two principal segments. The key segment is the production of primary aluminium by integrated producers engaged in the entire value chain from the mining of bauxite in an alumina refinery, and conversion of alumina into primary aluminium metal in an aluminium smelter. Primary aluminium is made commercially available in the form of ingots, billets, wire rods or properzi rods also called conductor redraw rods. The second principal segment consists of secondary/downstream producers who are engaged in the manufacture of value-added semi fabricated aluminium products such as rolled products, extrusions and foils. India is considered to be the fifth largest producer of aluminium in the world with a tremendous bauxite reserve of about 3 billion tonnes. While the major consumption of aluminium in India is done by the electrical (31%) and B&C sectors (13%), the future growth is envisaged to happen in the solar power and industrial sector. The global aluminum extrusion market reached a volume of 20.3 Million Metric Tons in 2019. The global aluminum extrusion market size is anticipated to reach USD 113.5 billion by 2025, progressing at a CAGR of 5.3% over the forecast period. Carbon Fibre

Carbon fibers are usually combined with other materials to form a composite. When combined with a plastic resin and wound or molded it forms carbon fiber reinforced polymer (often referred to as carbon fiber) which has a very high strength-to-weight ratio, and is extremely rigid although somewhat brittle. However, carbon fibers are also composited with other materials, such as with graphite to form carbon-carbon composites, which have a very high heat tolerance. Carbon fibers are, by far, the most widely used fiber in high-performance applications. This important technology has huge potential for the future and it is expected to have a significant impact in the manufacturing industry within India and, therefore, coordination and strategic road mapping actions are required. Composites have been widely used across industries like aerospace, wind energy, automotive, industrial, marine, oil and gas. Advanced carbon fiber composites are comparatively more expensive than metals. The choice of composites is tradeoff between cost and performance. As a result, carbon composites have made their impact in high performance vehicles, such as, jet fighters, space craft, racing cars, racing yachts and exotic sports cars. The values of global carbon fibre sales in these areas ($2.034 billion) do not, however, correspond to the volumes of carbon fibre used in the various application areas. The report adds that aerospace and defiance, for example, uses only 18% of the total quantity of carbon fibre but accounts for around 40% of the value of global sales. This sector consumed 15,000 tonnes of carbon fibres in 2012 and could reach 23,000 tonnes in 2016 and 37,000 tonnes in 2020. These figures are however less optimistic that those that were forecast by the specialists in previous years. Indeed, even if the pressure to use renewable energies is high and if legislation is increasingly restrictive, the policies of the public authorities in terms of subsidies and development strategies (offshore wind farms, etc.) can have a decisive influence on the market for composites. The carbon fiber market is projected to grow from USD 4.7 billion in 2019 to USD 13.3 billion by 2029, at a CAGR of 11.0% between 2019 and 2029. The market is growing due to its increasing demand from aerospace & defense, automotive, and wind energy industries. Entrepreneurs who invest in this project will be successful.

Humic Acid

Humic acid is a principal component of Humic substances which are the major organic constituents of soil (humus), peat, coal, many upland streams, dystrophic lakes and ocean water. It is produced by biodegradation of dead organic matter. It is not a single acid, rather, it is a complex mixture of many different acids containing carboxyl and phenol ate groups so that the mixture behaves functionally as a dibasic acid or, occasionally, as a tribasic acid. Humic acids can form complexes with ions that are commonly found in the environment. Humic and folic acids are commonly used as a soil supplement in agriculture, and less commonly as a human nutritional supplement. As a supplement, folic acid is found in a liquid form with colloidal minerals. Agriculture: with high content of organic matters, natural Humic acid is the best additive for the organic fertilizer, raw material for hamates based fertilizers and also can be used as soil ameliorator, plant growth stimulator and fertilizer improver. Industry: used as oil drilling fluid stabilizer, cement and ceramic additive, wastewater treatment agent, cathodal plate additive for accumulator. The global Humic acid market is on track to grow to reach a market value of USD 973.06 Mn by the end of 2023. Humic acid is derived from Humic matter which is the result of chemical and biological mummification of plant and animal matter in tandem with microorganism activities. Humic acid is rich in essential nutrients, vitamins, and trace minerals which is immensely beneficial for the soil and can also be used in dietary supplements. Due to this farmers are increasingly employing the use of Humic Acid to enrich the soil and promote a healthy ecological balance which will, in turn, increase crop yield. Humic Acid not only has several benefits to the soil but can make up a key component of animal feed. Humus supplements increase milk production and increase nutrient absorption to increase feed efficiency in dairy cattle. Humic Acid can also help improve immune function and keep an animal healthy which, in the long run, can drastically reduce operational costs. With the rising demand for meat and milk, the meat industry has been booming, and this has resulted in an increased demand for Humic Acid for animal feed applications. In agricultural applications, the inconsistent quality of Humic products may hinder the growth of the Global Humic Acid Market. Moreover improper use of Humic Acid can have bad effects on the soil and plant growth. However, rising applications in wastewater treatment, as well as the use of Humic Acid as organic anodes for lithium and sodium ion batteries are expected to provide the market with high potential for future growth. Solar Panel

Solar panel refers either to a photovoltaic module, a solar thermal energy panel, or to a set of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules electrically connected and mounted on a supporting structure. A PV module is a packaged, connected assembly of solar cells. Solar panels can be used as a component of a larger photovoltaic system to generate and supply electricity in commercial and residential applications. Each module is rated by its DC output power under standard test conditions (STC), and typically ranges from 100 to 320 watts. The efficiency of a module determines the area of a module given the same rated output - an 8% efficient 230 watt module will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 watt module. The technology behind solar is relatively old, despite their futuristic appeal, but while the basics are the same the efficiency of solar panels has improved greatly in recent years. It’s worth noting that solar panel suppliers often have two types of solar panels on offer: thermal panels and photovoltaic (PV) panels. The former are used only to heat water. The electricity produced by solar panels will be used to power any appliances currently in use within home. Any electricity which is not used will be sent to the grid. India has abundant solar resources, as it receives about 3000 hours of sunshine every year, equivalent to over 5,000 trillion kWh. India can easily utilize the solar energy. Today the Government is encouraging generation of electricity from various renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, small hydro, biomass by giving various fiscal & financial incentives. This apart, the state governments are procuring electricity from renewable energy projects at preferential tariff. Multiple solar cells in an integrated group, all oriented in one plane, constitute a solar photovoltaic panel or solar photovoltaic module. Photovoltaic modules often have a sheet of glass on the sun-facing side, allowing light to pass while protecting the semiconductor wafers. Solar cells are usually connected in series in modules, creating an additive voltage. Connecting cells in parallel yields a higher current; however, problems such as shadow effects can shut down the weaker (less illuminated) parallel string (a number of series connected cells) causing substantial power loss and possible damage because of the reverse bias applied to the shadowed cells by their illuminated partners. Solar panels can be used to generate a portion of home’s power in order to reduce dependency on traditional power sources. For instance, install panels to provide electricity just for appliances or lighting, to reduce dependency on the utility company, as well as lower bill. Solar modules use light energy (photons) from the sun to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The majority of modules use wafer-based crystalline silicon cells or thin-film cells based on cadmium telluride or silicon. The structural (load carrying) member of a module can either be the top layer or the back layer. Cells must also be protected from mechanical damage and moisture. The solar contribution stood at 5.44% as of 2018. Major factors driving the market studied are the declining cost of the solar module and the government policies like allowing 100% FDI under automatic route for renewable power generation and distribution projects which is expected to increase the participation from global players into the Indian market. With government promoting the solar installation in rural area by providing subsidized solar panels and other incentive, the solar PV installation is ought to increase during the forecast period and is expected to drive the market. So far, only five CSP projects, namely, ACME solar tower (2.5 MW), Dhursar (125 MW), Godawari solar project (50 MW), Megha solar plant (50 MW), and national solar thermal power facility (1 MW) have started operations in India. Owing to factors, such as, huge capital expenditure, difficulty in securing land and water, and insufficient DNI data, other projects have been delayed. India solar power products market is projected to grow at a CAGR of more than 11% to surpass $ 7.6 billion by 2024 on the back of increasingly stringent policy and regulatory framework and rising environmental concerns. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has set a target of 100 GW of solar power generation capacity by 2022. To achieve the target, government has taken several initiatives in the form of offering subsidies, financial assistance, and incentives to manufacturers, power producers and even customers. The global solar panel market volume reached 155.5 GW in 2019. A solar panel, also known as a PV panel, is a collection of solar (or photovoltaic) cells that employ natural sunlight to generate electricity. It is made of several solar cells, manufactured using silicon, boron, and phosphorus, which are arranged in a grid-like pattern on the surface. The utilization of solar panels has increased across the globe as they do not lead to any form of pollution and their installation helps in combating the harmful emissions of greenhouse gases. Also, innovations in quantum physics and nanotechnology are projected to increase their effectiveness potentially. They are superior to conventional solar panels in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They can also be integrated into almost any surface, which will further boost their applicability across various sectors. On account of these factors, the market to sustain positive growth over the forecast period (2020-2025). As a whole there is a good scope for new entrepreneur to invest in this business.
