A restaurant is simply a place to have food outside your home. It is smaller in size than a hotel as it does not have accommodation facilities. It is an establishment that serves the customers with prepared food and beverages to order, to be consumed on the premises. The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine. The one and only feature of a restaurant is the kind of food and/or beverages it serves to its customers. There are all sorts of restaurants in all cities of the world ranging from budget to very expensive ones where international cuisine is served and the ambience is great. Some restaurants also serve alcoholic drinks for which they obtain a license from the administration. Some are specialized restaurants where a particular cuisine is served such as Chinese, Italian, Thai, Japanese, and so on. Restaurants range from unpretentious lunching or dining places catering to people working nearby, with simple food and fixed menu served in simple settings at low prices, to expensive establishments serving expensive speciality food and wines in a formal setting. In the former case, customers usually wear casual clothing. In the latter case, depending on culture and local traditions, customers might wear semi-casual, semi-formal, or even in rare cases formal wear. Typically, customers sit at tables, their orders are taken by a waiter, who brings the food when it is ready, and the customers pay the bill before leaving. INDIA is one of the world’s largest producers as well as consumers of food. Changing food consumption patterns of India’s population is expected to not only increase consumption volume in absolute terms to US$230 billion but also shift people’s diet qualitatively towards richer, processed foods, which will force increased commodity requirements. The industry players say that they are observing a healthy business growth in the Millennium City and there are areas where the business has observed an exceptional response. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Few Indian Major Players are as under • A G S Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. • Au Bon Pain Cafe India Ltd. • Dodsal Enterprises Pvt. Carbonated and Non Carbonated Drinks (Non-Alcoholic) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Production Schedule

A carbonated drink is a drink that bubbles and fizzes with carbon dioxide gas. The process by which the gas dissolves in the drink is known as carbonation. This process can occur naturally, such as in naturally carbonated mineral water that absorbs carbon dioxide from the ground, or by man-made processes, as is the case in most soft drinks and soda waters. This involves pumping carbon dioxide into the drink at high pressure, then sealing the container. Since the solubility of carbon dioxide is less at lower pressure, the dissolved gas escapes as bubbles when the container is opened and the pressure is relieved. The maximum amount of carbon dioxide that can be dissolved in water is 8 g per litre. The excess will normally only remain in water when the drink is under pressure. Once the pressure is released - i.e. when the container is exposed to normal atmospheric pressure - the carbon dioxide will begin to escape. So once a bottle or can of a carbonated drink is opened, the beverage will start to go flat. Fruit Juice is the liquid extracted from fruit by pressing or macerating the flesh. Probably the most recognizable is orange juice, a breakfast table staple, which is extracted from oranges. Other popular juices include apple, pineapple and grape. Most countries have a definition of purity to entitle the drink to be classified as a "fruit juice." Within the EU, name of a fruit or fruits used in conjunction with juice is only legally permitted to describe a product that is 100% fruit juice. Juices are widely available. Some may have been freeze- or spray-dried before being reconstituted; less commonly nowadays they may have been canned. However, fresh juices are increasingly common. Sports drinks are specifically designed to help people rehydrate after exercise. They are typically used by athletes and those taking part in sport and work by replenishing electrolytes, carbohydrates and other nutrients that can become depleted after exercise.

WINERY - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Layout

Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of grape juice. The natural chemical balance of grapes is such that they can ferment without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes or other nutrients. Although other fruits such as apples and berries can also be fermented, the resultant "wines" are normally named after the fruit from which they are produced (for example, apple wine or elderberry wine) and are generically known as fruit or country wine. Others, such as barley wine and rice wine (e.g. sake), are made from starch-based materials and resemble beer more than wine, while ginger wine is fortified with brandy. In these cases, the use of the term "wine" is a reference to the higher alcohol content, rather than production process. The commercial use of the English word "wine" (and its equivalent in other languages) is protected by law in many jurisdictions. Wine is produced by fermenting crushed grapes using various types of yeast which consume the sugars found in the grapes and convert them into alcohol. Various varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts are used depending on the types of wine produced. Wine is one of the largely suitable alcoholic beverages, which is generally manufactured by fermentation of grape juice. Matured ripe grapes are the basic raw materials. Wine is used as drinking purpose for special type alcoholic beverages in parties or any special social function. It can be used as tonic for the weak health people. There are few well-organized companies engaged in the production of wine. There is also entry of European countries wine in Indian market to compete with the Indian brand. It has good market demands. There is about 20% to 30% demands of wine full filled by importing. Around 200 distilleries are in the production of different types of alcoholic products in the country. Among the various IMFL products whisky occupies the prominent position with a market share of above 50%. There is a good scope for new entrants.
