The service sector is the largest contributor to GDP in India. Thissector accounts for 54 per cent of economic output and grew by an unprecedented 9.8 per cent. IMF forecast estimates that by 2010 this will be around 58 per cent, on par with a midlevel developed country. The service sector has been driven by IT exports which have grown at a CAGR of 26 per cent over the last 4 years. This was mainly the result of significant increases in the demand for domestic services.

As per the statistics of developed countries, services account for around 75 per cent of the jobs and 70 per cent of the Gross National Product (GNP) capital. In the industrial market, many services are offered to facilitate the process of production, finance and marketing. Manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers sell some services along with goods. They buy many services in the conduct of their business. There are specialized services firms selling their services to the industry. Industry requires the services of transport, storage, finance, insurance and communication, as these facilitate business operations. The service sector comprises trade, hotels and restaurants, transport, storage, communication, financing, insurance, real estate and business services, community services (public administration and defence) and other services. This sector provides services of final consumption nature as well as intermediate nature, the latter accounting for a major share. Substantial parts of services such as transport and communications are in the form of intermediate inputs for production of other goods and services. A growing urbanization too has contributed to the growth in service sector.

Residential Apartments

Residential apartments are a type of housing with a lot of room for expansion. The name "house" is a little misleading. The meaning of the word "same" has evolved over time and between countries. The Indian census of 1981 used the following definition. Distinct classes of individuals have different housing needs, which are dictated by the individual's financial and social standing. A affluent family, for example, may desire a magnificent structure, whilst a poor family may be content with a single room residence. A typical residential bungalow building has a drawing room, dining room, office, guest room, kitchen, store, pantry, dressing room, bathroom, front verandah, and stairs, among other features. Depending on the demands of many available, the number of rooms in other residences can be lowered. Flat Essentials – - 24-Hour Security – All security-related services should be provided to make life in a residential apartment safe. - Multi-level Parking - This decreases the amount of space needed in the park to park cars and other vehicles. - Central air conditioning - Depending on the project area's environment and weather, this may be available. The residential complexes, which are built on large lands and have a well-developed infrastructure to enhance living style, include power backup, the latest firefighting devices, auto door elevators, freight lifts, Earthquake resistant building, 24-hour water supply, and auto elevators. Suburbs have sprung up in recent years as a result of the city's growing population, housing shortages, and overcrowding. To alleviate the housing issue and provide a greater standard of living for all members of society, residential zones are now being developed. Residents who live in apartments have the feeling of living in the country while yet having access to all of the city's amenities. One of the key advantages of investing in these projects over investing in the city is the cheap cost of entry. The majority of projects are being constructed outside of the city centre, giving the developer a land cost advantage. These are considered a low-risk investment with a larger upside potential due to their diversification and low entry cost. Few Indian Major Players 1. A S V Constructions Pvt. Ltd. 2. Business Plan for Setting up Medical College with Hospital

A medical college is designed to provide students with medical education in order to qualify them as doctors in several specialised areas so that they can treat patients suffering from various illnesses. Doctors, with their determined spirit, serve the nation as a whole by giving medication and treatment for the eradication of diseases that rob people of their health and cause them to suffer. Medical College means an institution, whether known as such or by another name, that offers a programme beyond 12 years of schooling for obtaining a recognised MBBS qualification from a university and that is recognised as competent to offer such programmes of study and present students enrolled in such programmes of study for the examination for the award of a recognised MBBS/PG Degree/Diploma from such university, in accordance with the rules and regulations of such university. A hospital is a health-care agency that provides preventive, curative/ameliorative, palliative, or rehabilitative treatments, according to various definitions. Hospitals nowadays also include bio-social research, teaching and training facilities for all hospital employees, and a health team that comprises not only doctors and nurses, but also para-professionals, paramedical staff, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Increased negligence by these institutions' doctors, as well as overpopulation, provided a chance for private hospitals to thrive. A growing number of private hospitals have opened, offering everything from E.C.G.S. to X-Rays to Laboratories, as well as 24-hour emergency and admission services for sick people, badly injured people, and pregnant women. Because one's life is deemed to be much more expensive and bills for treatment can be overlooked, middle and upper-class families began to prefer these private hospitals and nursing homes. The sector of colleges and universities is predicted to increase steadily. High unemployment and difficult economic situations prompted more people to pursue higher education in order to improve their job market competitiveness; the consistent rise in high school retention rates also boosted college enrolment. Industry revenue is expected to grow over the next five years, according to IBIS World, due to consistent demand for higher education. The Indian healthcare business, which is one of the fastest expanding, is predicted to increase at a CAGR of 22.87 percent from 2015 to 2021, reaching USD280 billion. In India, there is a lot of room to expand healthcare services penetration, which means the healthcare industry has a lot of room to grow. India is a land brimming with prospects for medical device companies. With massive capital investment in advanced diagnostic facilities, the country has also become one of the main destinations for high-end diagnostic services, catering to a larger part of the population. Furthermore, Indian medical service consumers have become more aware of the need of maintaining their health. The Indian healthcare industry is extremely diverse, with potential in every segment, including providers, payers, and medical technology. Businesses are looking for the latest dynamics and trends that will have a favourable impact on their business as the competition grows. The hospital business in India is expected to grow at a CAGR of 16–17 percent from Rs. 4 trillion (US$ 61.79 billion) in FY17 to Rs. 8.6 trillion (US$ 132.84 billion) in FY22. Key Players 1.
