Aluminium Collapsible Tubes (Printed) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

A collapsible tube is defined as a cylinder of pliable metal that can be sealed in such a manner that its contents, although readily discharged in any desired quantity, are protected from contact with air or moisture. Products so packaged must flow under pressure low enough not to damage the tube. Collapsible tubes are widely used as handy flexible packages for pastes and semi-liquids. As the tube is flattened out to expel its contents, the capacity of the tube is proportionately reduced without the introduction of air and the material in the tube does not suffer any deterioration. These are fabricated readily, and are strong enough to withstand processing, they are light in weight, easy to handle, and fairly cheap. They can be handled on high speed machines. This type of cans are properly sealed after filling the measured quantity, to keep the customer's faith on sealed material sealing also prevents dusting and other bad materials to mix with the product. Collapsible tubes are made from aluminium, tin coated lead, or lead tin alloy by cold extrusion. They consist of three parts, the main tube, a shoulder to one end of which a screened nozzle with orifice is fitted, and a molded cap to close the orifice, sometimes application of various design are attached to the nozzle with the help of mechanical or hand operated filling machines, the end is sealed by folding and crimping. Collapsible tubes were initially introduced for packing artists oil color. However, now its use has spread for packing a wide variety of products. These tubes are used for filling tooth paste, shaving creams, ointment and inks, etc. It is hygienic, non-toxic and non-absorbent and has a high heat transfer rate. Consequently, aluminium is an ideal tubing material for several process industry applications. Aluminium tubes look attractive in its natural state and its appearance can be further enhanced by a variety of finishes. In the packaging sector, aluminium is used in foils, cans, collapsible tubes and bottle caps. Hence, globally, the growth of the packaging industry hinges on growth in sectors like foods, beverages, and medicines. Any entrepreneur venture into this field will be successful. LDPE/LLDPE Pouch Films - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Plastic, today, is being increasingly utilized in almost every industry and activity. Its use has become indispensable due mainly to certain inherent properties like light weight, corrosion of chemical resistance etc. Plastic in many areas is not only a strong substitute but superior as well. To cite an example packaging industry now depends on plastic for packaging of milk, edible oils, snacks etc. and co-extruded films are predominantly used in this direction. It has been observed that in the domestic and international market, more particularly for developing countries such water pouches do not have any protection from direct sunlight exposure. Therefore, such water pouches produces offensive odour in the water within one or two days. Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a substantially linear polymer (polyethylene), with significant numbers of short branches, commonly made by copolymerization of ethylene with longer-chain olefins. LLDPE has penetrated almost all traditional markets for polyethylene; it is used for plastic bags and sheets (where it allows using lower thickness than comparable LDPE), plastic wrap, stretch wrap, pouches, toys, covers, lids, pipes, buckets and containers, covering of cables, geo membranes and mainly flexible tubing. The packaging industry is estimated at Rs 150 bn and is growing at 14-15% annually. This growth, according to industry watchers, is expected to double in the next two years. It is estimated that more than 80% of packaging in India constitutes rigid packaging, the rest being flexible.

PVC Shrink Sleeves - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Shrink sleeve labels are sleeves constructed from film material that, rather than using adhesive, shrinks to a product’s surface when heat is applied. This type of labeling allows the graphics to be printed around the entire circumference as well as take the shape of the product’s container. The eye-catching design of 360° graphics that form-fit containers has great consumer appeal. The shrink label can best be described as a film label printed on an oriented plastic sheet or tube, which, when heat is applied to the label, conforms – or shrinks - to the contour of the container. There are two different types of shrink label: the shrink sleeve label and the rollfed, wrap-around shrink label. Shrink wrap/sleeve is applied over or around the intended item, often by automated equipment. It is then heated by a heat gun or sent through a shrink tunnel or oven for shrinking. Shrink wrap/sleeve can be supplied in several forms. Flat rollstock can be wrapped around a product, often with heat sealing to tack the film together. Center folded film is supplied on a roll with the plastic is folded in half: product is placed in the center portion, the remaining three edges are sealed to form a bag, and the package then heated which causes the bag to shrink and conform to the product placed in the bag. Shrink wrap can be used to wrap buildings. It can wrap roofs after hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes and other disasters. Shrink wrap can be used for environmental containments to facilitate safe removal of asbestos, lead and other hazards. PET Bottle Recycling - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

PET-bottles more and more replace glass bottles in the beverage and food sector. The success of PET in comparison to glass is based on several economic (and environmental) advantages. On the one hand, the production of PET is less expensive and energy consuming than the production of glass. Secondly, the light weight of the PET-bottle makes it easier for merchants and consumers to handle the bottles and crates. It saves energy during transport, particularly on long distance haulage. Finally, PET offers more or less the same material properties as glass regarding hygiene, taste and gas impermeability. The consumption of bottled water has been increased very much in the past few years. Plastics are significant and make a positive contribution with regards to packaging in various ways. By sorting and processing plastic packaging that is found in predominantly homogeneous streams, the value and market availability is maximized for the collected plastic packaging industry. Plastic bottles, plastic tubs, and plastic bags all have the potential to be recycled. One of the fastest growing types of collected plastic materials for recycling is polyethylene terephthalate ("PET") from post-consumer beverage and water bottles. For beverages and other juices, plastic bottles are used more preferably.
