Gold and Diamond Jewellery

Jewellery may be made from a wide range of materials. Gemstones and similar materials such as amber and coral, precious metals, beads, and shells have been widely used, and enamel has often been important. In most cultures jewellery can be understood as a status symbol, for its material properties, its patterns, or for meaningful symbols. Jewellery has been made to adorn nearly every body part, from hairpins to toe rings, and even genital jewellery. Jewellery helps in enhancing one’s beauty. It also symbolizes wealth, power, and status. For some, jewellery is a form of art for self and creative expression. Then, there are some people who use jewellery as part of their tradition and culture. Though they may differ in terms of importance and relevance, they all play significant roles. India is deemed to be the hub of the global jewellery market because of its low costs and availability of high-skilled labour. India is the world’s largest cutting and polishing centre for diamonds, with the cutting and polishing industry being well supported by government policies. Workshop for Motors of Low Voltage (Up-To 1000V) and Distribution Transformers (Maintenance, overhauls and repairs)

Maintenance of electrical equipment and the maintenance function in general, are key subjects today for managers of plants and facilities. One important reason for this interest is there are profound changes taking place in the area of maintenance and reliability management. Basically, sweeping changes in management and organizational structure are redefining how work gets done. The maintenance function was seen as a non-core service organization that did not contribute to competitiveness. Benchmarks for maintenance were isolated measurements of tasks - that is, task orientation rather than business goal orientation. New performance criteria for measuring maintenance will be focused on optimizing asset utilization, not maximizing asset utilization. Qualification and certification of electrical maintenance personnel are other factors that will become increasingly important. A number of electrical industry organizations got together recently and created a certification program for people involved in the installation and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. To provide quality, fast and competitive service for all units, including smaller ones of 100 HP or less, we have dedicated teams of specialists who are inspired by Lean best practices. Indeed, the Multi-Tech Workshop works completely independently from other Services departments to carry out the operations necessary for the refurbishment of small electric motors. The growing requirement to improve and maintain the reliability of the electrical distribution equipment at office spaces, manufacturing facilities, and industrial facilities is propelling the demand for the electrical distribution services, globally. The electrical services market’s growth can also be attributed to the increasing focus on repair and maintenance of existing electrical equipment and fixtures across multiple industries. Fulfilling crucial parameters is critical to ensure the effective scheduling of electrical distribution equipment to avoid the operational downtimes. Based on power rating, the distribution transformer market has been segmented into power ratings ranging up to 500 kVA, 501 kV–2,500 kVA, 2,501 kVA–10,000 kVA, and above 10,000 kVA. The distribution transformers ranging from 2,501 kVA–10,000 kVA are widely used in industrial and commercial sectors due to high power consumption as compared to residential power consumption. The global distribution transformer market is anticipated to grow at a CAGR of 7.88% between 2020 and 2028, and is anticipated to generate revenue of $32.58 billion by 2028. The service transformers or distribution transformers (DTs) deliver the final voltage alteration in the electric power distribution arrangement. DTs are used to step down the voltage used in the distribution lines (usually up to 36 kV), to the level used by the customer (usually 250 up to 435 V). The oil-filled segment is expected to be the largest market for distribution transformer, as it is more efficient, having longer service life and features more reliable overload capabilities. In developing countries, oil-filled distribution transformers account for around 90% of the total distribution transformer units and 80% in developed countries. Production of Composite Materials

Production of Composite Materials-Carbon Fiber Composites and Glass Fiber Composites. Manufacturing Business Plan & Investment Opportunity for Entrepreneurs. Composite materials have played an important role throughout human history, from housing early civilizations to enabling future innovations. Composites offer many benefits; the key among them are corrosion resistance, design flexibility, durability, light weight, and strength. Composites have permeated our everyday lives such as products that are used in constructions, medical applications, oil and gas, transportation, sports, aerospace, and many more. Some applications, such as rocket ships, probably would not get off the ground without composite materials. the advantages of Fibre composite materials as well as fundamental effects, product development, and applications of Fibre composites, including material chemistry, designing, manufacturing, properties, and utilization of the materials in various applications. Related Project: - Composite Materials-Carbon Fibre Composites & Glass Fibre Composites Characteristics of Composite Materials High specific strength and modulus, as well as high fatigue strength and fatigue damage tolerance Anisotropic Designable or tailor able materials for both microstructure and properties Production of both material and structure or component in a single Operation - manufacturing flexible, net-shape, complex geometry Corrosion resistance and durable Other unique functional properties - damping, low CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) Related Projects: - New Projects Why use Composites? Weight saving is one of the main reasons for using composite materials rather than conventional materials for components. While composites are lighter they can also be stronger than other materials, for example, reinforced carbon-Fibre can be up to five times stronger than 1020 grade steel and only one fifth of the weight, making it perfect for structural purposes. Another advantage of using a composite over a conventional type of material is the thermal and chemical resistance as well as the electrical insulation properties. Unlike conventional materials, composites can have multiple properties not often found in a single material. Fibre reinforced composites, such as Fibre reinforced plastic (FRP composites), are finding increasing use in the design and manufacture of final products for commercialization. Related Projects:- Carbon Fiber, Carbon Fiber Composites, Graphite Fibre and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Projects Uses As with all engineering materials, composites have particular strengths and weaknesses, which should be considered at the specifying stage. Composites are by no means the right material for every job. However, a major driving force behind the development of composites has been that the combination of the reinforcement and the matrix can be changed to meet the required final properties of a component. For example, if the final component needs to be fire-resistant, a fire-retardant matrix can be used in the development stage so that it has this property. Weight Reduction Durability and Maintenance Added Functionality Design Freedom Related Videos:- Carbon Fiber, Carbon Fiber Composites, Graphite Fibre and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Projects Market Outlook The global composites market size is projected to grow from USD 74.0 billion in 2020 to USD 112.8 billion by 2025, at a CAGR of 8.8%. The composites industry is growing due to the rise in demand for high performance materials, globally. The automotive segment is becoming increasingly obsessive with consumption of carbon fiber and has increased significantly over the past years. The increasing demand for electric vehicles in countries like China and United States is also a major driving factor for the demand for composite material. Asia Pacific had the largest composite material demand and is anticipated to continue dominance owing to favorable FDI policies by Indian and Chinese Governments over the next seven years. Developed regions including North America and Europe are expected to follow Asia Pacific over the next seven years on account of rising lightweight materials used for vehicle components. Nonetheless, lower per capita composite materials consumption in BRIC is expected to provide an impetus for market growth over the forecast period. Favorable government regulations are anticipated to lower entry barriers for new market participants in emerging economies resulting in higher market fragmentation over the next seven years. Increasing demand for lightweight materials in the aerospace and defense industry is expected to drive the demand. Related Project:- Composite Materials-Carbon Fibre Composites & Glass Fibre Composites Composite materials are more expensive than other plastic materials that are utilized in the manufacture of vehicles. This is expected to restrain the automotive composite materials market to some extent in the near future. The basic cost of carbon fiber is way higher than that of metal. Furthermore, the processing of carbon fibers is an expensive process, especially when it comes to mass production of automotive components. However, the development of low-cost manufacturing methods for automotive composites is receiving a lot of attention from leading vehicle manufacturers across the world. These drawbacks of composite materials are expected to hamper the automotive composite materials market. Cold Storage

A cold storage is a temperature-controlled supply chain network, with storage and distribution activities carried out in a manner such that the temperature of a product is maintained in a specified range, needed to keep it fresh and edible for a much longer period than in normal ambient conditions. This system facilitates long distance transport of various products as well as makes seasonal products available over the entire year. Cold Storage is a special kind of room, the temperature of, which is kept very low with the help of machines and precision instruments. Chilling involves reducing food temperatures to below ambient temperatures, but above –1°C. This results in effective short-term preservation of food materials by retarding many of the microbial, physical, and chemical and biochemical reactions associated with food spoilage and deterioration. At chilled temperatures (generally between 0°C and +5°C) the growth of microorganisms occurs only slowly and food spoilage and deterioration reactions are inhibited to such an extent that food safety and quality is preserved for extended periods, often for a few days, sometimes for a few weeks, longer than the fresh counterpart. Most of the modern cold storages are being planned for more and more automation. Mechanical equipment like Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, Physical logbooks etc. are being replaced with micro process controls, transducers, and automatic recorders. The Information Technology, with suitable fully computerized and proper software are being developed and used. But many small cold storages still heavily depend on old manual labour. Increasing cross-border trade and growing organized retail industry is driving the Indian cold chain storage market. Though the cold chain storage market in India is witnessing healthy growth, high operative cost and lack of standardization in the industry are likely to hinder the market growth during the forecast period. The Indian cold chain market reached a value of nearly INR 1,285 billion in 2020. The industry is further expected to grow at a CAGR of 14.3% over the forecast period of 2021-2026 to attain a value of INR 2,865 billion by 2026. English Willow Cricket Bat

A cricket bat is a specialized piece of equipment used by batsmen in the sport of cricket to hit the ball, typically consisting of a cane handle attached to a flat-fronted willow-wood blade. It may also be used by a batter who is making their ground to avoid a run out, if they hold the bat and touch the ground with it. The length of the bat may be no more than 38 inches (965 mm) and the width no more than 4.25 inches (108 mm). Its use is first mentioned in 1624. Since 1979, a law change stipulated that bats can only be made from wood. The willow used in making bats in Kashmir was brought in by the British, who ruled India, during the 1820s. The industry combines traditional tools with modern technology. Some of the districts where these bats are made in Kashmir are Anantnag, Baramula, and Pahalgam. Traditional Indian cricket bats are made in the regions of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. In Kashmir they are made out of willow found in northern India. Some bats made in Kashmir are of international standards and are/were used by national players in India Sunil Gavaskar, Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh. English willow bats with minor visual defects such as grains which are not perfectly straight, or dis-colourations, are also cheaper. Geoffrey Boycott, former England captain and one of the most successful Test players in history, has stated that such bats will play just as well as better-looking ones and that players ought to buy the cheaper ones to get the same performance at a better price. Further, with projected demand of cricket bats expected to increase to 4 million per annum in the global market by the year 2020, the future of this industry looks very promising because the Kashmir willow comprises about 60 percent of the total bats manufactured in India. Additionally, with a compound growth rate of about 8.4 percent, the potential turnover from the export of this commodity is projected to increase to 100 million per annum in the year 2030. The top cricket bat manufacturers in India. Cricket Bats over the years have faced a massive change. Initially, it had followed two rules. Firstly, it should be a Kashmir willow or an English willow. Secondly, the dimensions will be 956 mm*108mm. But nowadays, the bats are customized according to the needs of the batsmen. Bats have carbon-reinforced fabric polymer down the bat, size of handles are varied, bats weigh less than the bats used in the 1990s, etc. As a whole there is a good scope for new entrepreneur to invest in this business. Industrial Park

The Industrial Park has parks, community centres, libraries, commercial complexes, banks, and post offices. In India, a "Industrial Park" is a project in which plots of developed or built-up space are formed and made available to units for the purposes of industrial or commercial activity, along with common facilities and high-quality infrastructure. There have been two causes for industrial parks in the past. For starters, providing functional infrastructure in a geographically confined place is much easier to plan, especially for governments with delivery restrictions. Second, the concentration of firms can have significant spillover effects both inside and outside the park, such as information spillovers, such as knowledge and technology; enterprise specialisation and division of labour; the development of skilled labour markets; and the development of markets in the vicinity of the parks. The integrated park is made up of a network of roadways, convenience stores, water treatment facilities, and drainage and sewage services that connect clusters of houses and businesses. Integrated parks have been highlighted as a feasible solution as cities become increasingly crowded and lack future growth possibilities. Integrated parks are more complicated because they have a lower FSI (Floor Space Index), more open areas, and a focus on creating a sustainable living ecosystem with residential and commercial spaces supported by an infrastructure backbone of power, roads, water, drainage, and sewage – a virtual living and breathing city. An integrated park is the optimal urbanisation alternative. Convenience is the key goal in terms of economic and sociological concerns. In an Integrated Industrial Park, living and working opportunities are combined in one area. All of the housing, infrastructure, and basic utilities, as well as work opportunities, are all available in one place. Industrial parks can help boost regional and national industrial competitiveness while also lowering negative externalities like traffic congestion and "brain drain." They provide a unique institutional framework, modern administrative services, and physical infrastructure not found elsewhere in the country. They're also designed to meet the needs of industrial enterprises in a particular region or community by offering current business development services such as information and telecommunications.
