Sulphuric Acid - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economic

Sulphuric acid a strong acid, is an oily viscous water white non-volatile liquid. It absorbs water from the atmosphere. It is made in large volume by the chemical industry. The acid has a corrosive action on the skin. A drop of it on the skin causes a severe burn. The acid is used as a solvent a dehydrating agent, a reagent in chemical reactions or processes as catalyst an absorbent etc. The concentrated acid is usually stored in steel tanks. The dilute acid may be stored in lead lined or plastic tanks. It is used in very dilute concentrations and as strong fuming acid. It is often recovered and refused. After use in some phases of the explosives, petroleum and dye industries, it is often recovered in a form unsuitable for reuse in that industry but suitable for use in another industry. It is a versatile, useful acid has been called the workhorse of chemical industry. Sulphuric acid is the most important of the inorganic acid. It is mainly produced by the contact process which accounts for about 95% of the total, and less than 5% is made by the lead chamber process which utilizes nitric acid and gives a relatively dilute acid with a sizeable percentage of impurities. Sulphuric acid also having some medicinal uses. Nearly 75% of H2SO4 now produced in India is used for the manufacture of chemicals and fertilizers. Based on the growth rates of end use industries the total demand for Sulphuric acid is estimated to increase from 5.41mnMT in 2003-04 to 8.50 mnMT 2014-15 AD. There will be a good scope for a new units in this industry in long run. As a whole project is good and have a fair market demand. Vat Dyes - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economics

The vats in general had the reputation of being deficient in both brilliance and tinctorial strength when used as pigments. The major problem with vat dyes is that they are not easily dispersible in the substrate and hence no tinctorial value. It was mainly Harmon colours in the United States. Who did some very valuable pioneering work in this direction. The group of pigments can be further divided into : Anthraquinone, Thioindigo, Perylene-perinone. All these dyes are used for dying cotton, whole and cellulose acetate. Dye have application in textile paper printing ink. Leather paint and food industries. Of these the textile industry is a major consumer of dyestuffs. Companies like Alps Industries are promoting the use of vegetable dyes in the production of home furnishings. As vegetable / herbal dyes are considered very ecofriendly, the home furnishings using herbal dyes are in very high demand. These are highly priced in the niche markets of the US and Europe. This industry can be started by an entrepreneur as it is sure to bring good profits.

Photo Emulsion for Rotary Screen Printing - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

The invention of printing in the western world is credited the Johannes Gutenberg in 1450 A.D. however, movable type was used to print on a press as early as 1941 A.D. by the Chinese & later by the Japanese and Koreans. Printing is considered to be one of the most important inventions in the history of mankind & one of the main factors advancing civilization from the past & middle ages. There are four main printing processes most widely used :- 1. Relief or letter press. Printing of Flexography. 2. Intaglio or Gravures Printing. 3. Planographic or (Lithography printing & collotype). 4. Stencil or porous printing or screen printing. Commercially photographic stencil is very important in printing. It gives an excellent & beautiful impression on the material. Photographic screen process may be classified into two categories as follows-direct photographic printing screens, Indirect or transfer photographic printing screens. The printing industries being a service industry has in the past grown more or less in consonance with the overall industrial growth in the country. Given the good correlation between the growth of the printing industry and overall industrial growth, of the printing industry and overall industrial growth, it is perfectly valid to assume that the future growth of the printing industry would also be governed by the overall industrial growth in the country. You can come in this project. There is very good scope for new investment.

Textile Softeners (Cationic Anionic & Non Ionic) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Softening of textile materials was probably carried out on prehistoric times and has continued till today. Most of the softening agents are derived from straight chain fatty radicals containing 12 to 18 carbon atoms. Softening agents may be of three main classes – Anionic Softeners such as oil Emulsions, sulphonated oils, soaps, sulphated fatty alcohols & tallows. Cationic softeners such as substituted quarternary ammonium compounds. Noionic softeners such as Polyoxyethylene derivatives, Polyethylene emulsions & silicons. Anionic softeners are used to modify stiffness or hardness alcohols impart of soft, pliable finish. Many of these compounds re excellent scouring agents. Cationic softeners are used for natural and man made fibres. Some quanternary compounds have good water repellent properties. Cationic softener are applied to textile to improve hard, drop, cutting & sewing qualities. Thus according to the growth of textile industry, it can be assumed demand of the cationic softener will be very much satisfactory. The conclusion comes that the consumption of catonic softener will increase so that new units can be setup to fulfill the extra demand arise due to the increasing production of cloth. There is good scope for new entrepreneurs.

Silicone Spray - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Economic

The term silicones is used for compounds in which silicone atoms are linked via oxygen atoms, each silicone atom bearing one or several organic groups. In industrially important silicones, these groups are usually methyl or phenyl. The silicones are known as polyorganosiloxanes according to IU-PAC rules. There is large use of silicone spray in the different parts of electronic, electrical, computer, automobile etc. parts of the machines. As there is large growth of the above industries and hence larger use of silicone spray coat, which is mostly imported from European countries. Very few are manufacturing silicone rubber in India. As this is imported item, it can be predicted that there will be very good market for the new entrepreneurs. We can assume there is demand of silicone spray more than 15,000 MT/Annum. Any new entrepreneur may enter into this field will be successful.
