Kraft Paper from Waste Cartons - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Paper is a major product of the forestry industry, and is used widely in our society. Paper products are used not only in their obvious applications in the publishing industry and for writing on, but also in a variety of specialty papers, cardboards, brown papers etc. In addition, various chemicals are produced as a byproduct of the pulp and paper industry. Kraft paper, Brown paper or wrapping paper is made from variety of raw materials, e.g. Bagasse, ground wood, straw, waste paper, in various combinations or alone, waste carton boxes etc. 'Kraft' mean strength and that is why its name. It is leading paper for wrapping heavy bundles. After corrugation it is used in many types of packing and it is an important packaging material. Kraft paper is extensively used for wrapping purposes, viz. wrapping paper bags, linters, corrugated sheets, etc. Kraft paper can be utilized for many different purposes. One of the most common uses of the plain brown paper is in the manufacture of paper bags for use in grocery stores. Their solid construction makes the bags ideal for use with all sorts of grocery items. Machine Glazed (MG) papers are useful for paper bags; the high gloss of one side makes it easier to print and the roughness of the other provides a key for the adhesive used. Kraft paper is sometimes used for home crafts as well. A section of it is an ideal medium for the creation of homemade costumes for Halloween or a costume party. Children can draw on bleached or unbleached paper without a lot of worry about markers leaking through to tabletops. People who want to be more natural and creative with their gift wrap may choose to use this paper for wrapping gifts, often embellishing with other natural elements or using markers or stencils to create a unique design. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest.

Methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) is a colorless liquid with an odor similar to mothballs. MIBK is also known as 4-methyl-2-pentanone, hexane and isopropylacetone. While it is usually in liquid form, MIBK can change into a gas. MIBK will dissolve in water, alcohols, benzenes and ethers. Methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) [CAS registry number: 108-10-1] is an organic compound with the formula (CH3)2CHCH2C(O)CH3. This colorless liquid, a ketone, is widely used as a solvent. MIBK is a colorless liquid with a characteristic ketone odor. It is highly flammable and vapors may travel to the source of ignition and flashback. It is soluble in water and miscible with most organic solvents and evaporates in air. It irritates the skin, eyes and respiratory tract and in high concentrations leads to nausea, headaches, dizziness and unconsciousness. MIBK is a clear liquid with a sweet odor; the odor threshold is 1.64-mg/m3 (0.4 ppm). It is moderately soluble in water. MIBK can react violently with oxidizing and reducing agents. When heated, peroxides may form by auto-oxidation and may explode spontaneously Methyl isobutyl ketone is used in a number of industrial applications. The primary use of methyl isobutyl ketone, accounting for approximately 62 percent of all use, is as a solvent in protective coatings. It is also used as a solvent in specialty adhesives; in ink formulations; in dewaxing mineral oil; and in textile coatings and leather finishing. As a process solvent methyl isobutyl ketone is used in the separation and purification of certain metal ions, such as zirconium from hafnium; in the extraction and purification of antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals; and in the manufacture of insecticides and other pesticides. Complex NPK Fertilizer - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Fertilizers are chemical compounds applied to promote plant and fruit growth. Fertilizers are usually applied either through the soil (for uptake by plant roots) or by foliar feeding (for uptake through leaves). Artificial fertilizers are inorganic fertilizers formulated in appropriate concentrations and the combinations supply three main nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (N, P and K) for various crops and growing conditions. N (nitrogen) promotes leaf growth and forms proteins and chlorophyll. P (phosphorus) contributes to root, flower and fruit development. K (potassium) contributes to stem and root growth and the synthesis of proteins The physical condition of a soil is one of the fundamental factors affecting crop growth, development and yield. This is because the soil physical properties have very high degree of correlation with crop production and have high influence on soil fertility and crop performance. NPK mixture fertilizers are formulated & recommended by agricultural scientists to enhance the output of the crops by giving it specific and exclusive blend of plant nutrients like balanced diet for human being. All the major plant nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potash are mixed in different ratios to make it suitable for specific crops. Therefore, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. NPK Compound Fertilizer (Granular Type)

Fertilizers are soil amendments applied to promote plant growth, the main nutrients added in fertilizer are nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients are added in smaller amounts. Collectively, the main nutrients vital to plants by weight are called macronutrients, including: nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) (i.e. N- P-K). NPK ratings consist of three numbers separated by dashes (e.g., 10-10-10 or 16-4-8) describing the chemical content of fertilizers. The first number represents the percentage of nitrogen in the product; the second number, P2O5 the third, K2O. Fertilizers do not actually contain P2O5 or K2O, but the system is a conventional shorthand for the amount of the phosphorus (P) or potassium (K) in a fertilizer. A 50-pound (23 kg) bag of fertilizer labeled 16-4-8 contains 8 lb (3.6 kg) of nitrogen (16% of the 50 pounds), an amount of phosphorus equivalent to that in 2 pounds of P2O5 (4% of 50 pounds), and 4 pounds of K2O (8% of 50 pounds). Compound fertilizers are N-P-K fertilizers with other elements purposely intermixed. Fertilizers are classified according to the content of these three elements. Labeling is according to relative amounts of each of the three elements by weight (i.e., mass fraction). The development of the agriculture sector and improvement of the living standards of small-scale farmers are priorities of the Government of Malaysia. A higher level of agricultural production requires an increased and/or more efficient use of inputs, especially fertilizers. The main sources of imported urea were from Indonesia (54.5% valued at RM 286.1 million), China (21.0% valued at RM110.2 million). Urea export by Malaysia, has been trending upward since 2004 (RM492.0 million) to 2008 (RM 900.0 million). The major importing countries of Malaysian urea in 2008 were 8 Thailand (32.5%), Australia (26.8%), Japan (13.5%), India (14.0%) and the Philippines (6.0%). The global trade in NPKs grew from 13mn t in 2010 to16mn t in 2016.Russia has continued to increase export capacity, Moroccan NPK exports leapt from 74kt in 2013 to 840kt by 2016,Belarus NPK exports have also grown strongly from around 250kt in 2009/10 to 800kt in 2016.
