Steel is one such material that has played an important role in the development of mankind in the last century. Today, it is difficult to imagine a world without steel. Steel has become vital to our everyday life. It is at the root of the quality of life that each of us enjoy today, helping to shelter us, to feed us and to facilitate both our working and leisure activities. Thermo Mechanical Treatment (TMT) Process for reinforcement bars is opening up new vistas in composite RCC, the re-enforcing steel is the costliest constituent. Rebars are rods of hot rolled carbon steel made to various specifications, which are essential components for construction works. Fusion bonded epoxy coating, also known as fusion bond epoxy powder coating and commonly referred to as FBE coating, is an epoxy based powder. Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated TMT Rebars is an innovated and improved TMT bar. It is TMT bar is resistance to corrosion and other degradation process. It is widely used in building construction and other civil works, related constructions. FBEC is used to protect reinforcing Steel in concrete in the most adverse environments that are prove to corrosion over the last 35 years in all over the world and for around 20 years in India. Global Steel Production has now crossed the 1 billion tonne mark the back of recovery in the global economy. Global steel trade has now increased to 350 MT. The steel industry in India has always been on the ascent, owning to the abundant availability of raw materials like iron ore, limestone and coal, besides relatively cheap labour, which is a major cost advantage. It is note worthy to mention that India is the sixth largest producer of iron ore and the tenth largest producer of crude. National Steel Policy 2005 envisages steel consumption in the country to go up from 37 million tones presently to 110 million tones by 2020. Steel is a core sector industry and the demand for steel affects the economy of the country. So, there is very good domestic as well as export market for FBEC TMT Rebars. Now entrepreneurs can well venture into this field. Few Indian Major Players are as under: Company Name A S R Multimetals Pvt. Ltd. Ankit Metal & Power Ltd. Deepak Cements & Chemicals Ltd. Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Rice husk is an agricultural residue easily available in rice producing countries. India is a major rice producing country, and the husk generated during milling is mostly used as a fuel in the boilers for processing paddy, producing energy through direct combustion & or by gasification. The rice husk contains about 75% organic volatile matter & the balance 25% of the weight of this husk is converted into ash during the firing process, is known as rice husk ash (RHA). This RHA in turn contains around 85%–92% amorphous silica. Silica is one of the valuable inorganic chemical compounds. It can exist in gel, crystalline and amorphous forms. It is the most abundant material in the earth’s crust. Silica is the major constituent of rice husk ash. With such a large ash content & silica content in the ash it becomes economical to extract silica from the ash, which has wide market & also takes care of ash disposal. Precipitated Silica (also called particulate silica) is composed of aggregates of ultimate particles of colloidal size that have not become linked in massive gel network during the preparation process. Precipitated Silica soluble silicate solutions are of fine controlled particle size & porous in nature. Precipitated silica powders have a more open structure with higher volume than dried pulverized gels. Precipitated silica is used as filler for paper & rubber as a carrier & diluents for agricultural chemicals, as an anti caking agent, to control viscosity & thickness and as a cleansing agent in toothpastes & in cosmetics. Precipitated silica also finds its applications as anti caking agents in food industry & as thermal insulators. Precipitated silica is perhaps the best not black filler and reinforcing agent used in rubber industry especially for the production of silicon rubber. Precipitated silica market is fragmented and major portion of the global market share is constituted by regional players. Therefore, precipitated silica market has high price sensitivity. Moreover low capital investment has increased the threat of new entrants in the market mainly in the developing economies. There has been surge in investment by major players in the emerging economies. Thus, Precipitated Silica from Rice Husk Ash as an entrepreneur, offers an exciting opportunity to you.

Aluminium Fluoride - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Aluminium fluoride is the chemical compound with the formula AlF3. It has the consistency of a white powder. AlF3 is refractory, in strong contrast to the other halides of aluminium. Adding aluminium fluoride to the production process of primary aluminium lowers the consumption of electricity required in the smelting process and thereby considerably contributes to the reduction of production costs of aluminium. Energy is a major cost factor in aluminium production. Aluminium fluoride is not substitutable by other products in this respect. Aluminium producers (smelters) are the main users of aluminium fluoride. For many years now the production of aluminium has been growing. Every year more than 20 million tons of aluminium is produced world-wide, some 30% of which in Europe. Depending on the type and efficiency of the production process, around 20 kg of aluminium fluoride are used in producing one ton of aluminium. There are two main ways to produce aluminium fluoride. One production process is called the "dry process" in which aluminium fluoride is produced from fluorspar (CaF2) and results in a quality referred to as "high density" aluminium fluoride. High density quality consists of 90-92% of aluminium fluoride. The other main production process is called the "wet process" in which aluminium fluoride is produced from a by-product of fertilizer plants and results in a quality called "low density" aluminium fluoride. Low density quality consists of 97% of aluminium fluoride. All the producers that are addressees of this Decision produce and sell high density aluminium fluoride. Aluminium fluoride is used in many industrial processes. It is one of the minor constituents added to the electrolytic cells during the production of metallic aluminium. Aluminium fluoride is used in turning alumina into aluminium. It lowers the melting point of alumina and boosts its electrical conductivity. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Few Indian Major Players are as under • Alufluoride Ltd. • Mafatlal Fine Spg. & Mfg. Co. Ltd. • Navin Fluorine Intl.
