Copper Powder By Electrolytic Process - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Copper makes vital contributions to sustaining and improving society. Copper's chemical, physical and aesthetic propertiesmake it a materialof choice in a wide range of domestic, industrial and high technology applications. The electrolytic method is probablythe most economical method for producingcooper powder; moreover the copper powder obtained from this method is the highest quality. Copper powders have been used in industrial applications for many years. Probably the best known is the self-lubricating bearing which was the first major application and still accounts for about 70% of the copper powder used. Pure copper powder is used in the electrical and the electronics industries because of its excellent electrical andthermal conductivities. Copper in powder form is used in structural parts and friction materials. The electrical industry claims a share of about 26%. The electronics and communications take another 30% share. With building construction (9%) and transportation (8%) added, the cumulative rises to about three-fourths. The other consuming sectors are engineering process and general (9%) and consumer durables (6%). Defence is also a substantial user. Another important consumer is handicraftswhich is reported to consume close to 12% of copper in India. The pioneer of copper production in India, the PSU, Hindustan Copper has charted a programme to undertake capacity expansion of 8 mines from 3.2 mntonne annually to 12.4 mntonne by end 2016-17. Aluminium Wire & Cables - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Wire means Solid conductor or Insulated conductor which has strength and with cover or without cover and Cable means Insulated conductor (Solid or Strended) or two more than insulated conductor are kept together in insulated layer. These are made out of high strength Aluminium-Magnesium-Silicon alloy. As compared to conventional ACSR, AAAC are of lighter weight, comparable strength & current carrying capacity, lower electrical losses and superior corrosion resistance. This has given AAAC a wide acceptance in the distribution and transmission lines. This conductor has a minimum conductivity of 52.5% IACS. The conductor made from aluminium alloys is suitable in urban areas as they provide better tensile strength and conductivity.AAAC exhibits excellent corrosion resistance especially in coastal and polluted industrial areas due to absence of steel core. The wires and cables market in India comprises nearly 40% of the electrical industry. As aluminium is set for the largest annual demand increase among industrial metals with copper replacement in wire and cables as one of the key drivers, the low-cost metal is expected to replace at least 20 percent of copper usage in the near-term.According to industry experts, it is expected to double in size in the next five years. The market is growing at a CAGR of 15% as a result of growth in the power and infrastructure segments. As a whole there is a good scope for new entrepreneur with manufacturing of good quality of product. PCC Electric Poles

Concrete poles were first used over 60 years ago and were then made of normal reinforced concrete. As technology improved, production and use of concrete poles gradually increased. Prestressed concrete poles are highly durable and strong. PSC Poles are fabricated from excellent quality concrete material. These poles are used extensively in electrical industry, for establishing electrical connections and fittings. The poles are ecofriendly and require very low maintenance. The PSC poles have consistent material properties throughout their length. PSC poles are not susceptible to rot and decay. The PSC pole has the same strength throughout its service life. PSC poles are not susceptible to insect and animal attack. The demand for Prestressed (Pre-cast/Reinforced) concrete-cement (PCC) poles directly depends on the growth of electric power sector. The growth in generation and suppy of electric energy gives rise to demands for PCC poles & other systems by way of OEM & replacement/renovation demands. A large network of electricity distribution for rural electrifications, agricultural & irrigational consumptions can be catered to only by establishing an efficient generation & distribution standards. All these factors are essentially going to raise the demand for not only electrical equipments but also distribution materials including poles. Thus, as an entrepreneur this project offers an exciting opportunity to you. Paracetamol

Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen or APAP, is a medication used to treat pain and fever. It is typically used for mild to moderate pain. It is often sold in combination with other ingredients such as in many cold medications. In combination with opioid pain medication, paracetamol is used for more severe pain such as cancer pain and after surgery. It is typically used either by mouth or rectally but is also available intravenously. Effects last between two and four hours. Paracetamol lacks anti-inflammatory action in rheumatic disorders. However, it is less toxic than the Aspirin and does not produce anemia and liver damage, which sometimes result from the continued use of acetanilide and acetophenotidine. It is also an important intermediate in the manufacture of other pharmaceuticals like theantimalarialamodiaquine. The pharmaceutical industry in India ranks 3rd in the world terms of volume and 14th in terms of value. 20% of global exports in generics, making it the largest provider of generic medicines globally. USD 45 Billion in revenue by 2020, revenue of USD 55 billion by 2020 as base case, and can grow to USD 70 billion in a aggressive case scenario. USD 26.1 Billion in generics by 2016. USD 200 Billion to be spent on infrastructure by 2024. Monochloro Acetic Acid

Chloroacetic Acid, industrially known as Monochloro Acetic Acid (MCA) is the organochlorine compound with the formula ClCH2CO2H. This carboxylic acid is a useful building-block in organic synthesis. Chloroacetic acid was first prepared (in impure form) by the French chemist Felix LeBlanc (1813–1886) in 1843 by chlorinating acetic acid in the presence of sunlight, and in 1857 (in pure form) by the German chemist Reinhold Hoffmann (1831–1919) by refluxing glacial acetic acid in the presence of chlorine and sunlight, and then by the French chemist Charles-Adolphe Wurtz by reacting chloroacetyl chloride (ClCH2COCl) with water, also in 1857. Market share is set to exceed USD 1.2 billion by 2024. Monochloro acetic acid is the key component in the manufacturing of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). CMC finds application in the food industry as a thickener, viscosity modifier, and emulsion stabilizer, and is considered as a key driver for monochloro acetic acid (MCAA) market. Cellulosic’s will grow at a substantial rate of around 4.5% in the forecast span to hold a major market share by 2024.The surfactants segment will foresee considerable growth due to increasing industrial, sanitary, and home care applications. The segment will grow to over USD 175 million by 2024. Industrial development in Asia Pacific is likely to further augment the regional monochloro acetic acid (MCAA) market in future years. North America MCAA market will witness growth with more than 2.5% CAGR in the forecast years due to major expansion in the pharmaceutical sector. This phenomenon gives the industry participants an upper position and gain revenue share. R&D investments to start up with innovative technology and means to avoid volatile raw material prices are expected to create ample opportunities for the market participants. We actively encourage a culture of innovation, which facilitates the development of new technologies and ensure a high quality product.
