Curcumin Extraction Unit

Curcumin is the main biologically active phytochemical compound of Turmeric. Molecular chemical formula of Curcumin: C21H20O6. The most important constituents in organic turmeric are Curcuminoids, which is approximately 6%, and the yellow coloring principles of which Curcumin constitutes 50-60%. Curcumin is extracted and researched for its renowned range of health-related and disease-preventing medicinal properties. Purification from 95% to 100% Curcumin does not increase bioavailability of Curcumin but the manufacturing costs are substantially higher. Hence 95% purity is available in markets. It is called ‘Indian saffron’ because of its orange – yellow colour. In some languages, the names of turmeric just mean "yellow root"; English turmeric derives from the (now obsolete) French terre-mérite (Latin terra merita, "meritorious earth"), probably because ground turmeric resembles mineral pigments (ocher). The genus name Curcuma is of the same origin, being a Latinization of Arabic kurkum meaning saffron. India is one of the largest manufacturers of Curcumin, contributing to more than 80.0% of the global production, which is on account of presence of large scale turmeric cultivations. Low consumer awareness of Curcumin as a healthy ingredient in India results in majority of it being exported to North America and Europe. India dominates the global market for spice oleoresin, which is in big demand from processed food and fragrance industries that now mostly prefer natural coloring and flavoring agents to artificial ones as consumers become increasingly health conscious. Rising consumer health consciousness pertaining to artificial ingredients presence in medicines, cosmetics and food are major factors influencing industry manufacturers to adopt organic ingredients in their production formulation. Presence of anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, and anti-cancer properties in medicines and cosmetics should drive Curcumin market growth. Curcumin production is mainly concentrated in India exceeding 78% of the global output. Changeable turmeric prices owing to unseasonal rainfall and environment hazards may impact Curcumin market price trend. Curcumin market size may observe significant growth owing to pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry expansion. APAC organic cosmetic spending was over USD 2.5 million in 2014 and is estimated to exceed USD 4 million by 2024 which should favor regional industry growth. The production is mainly dominated by India, with over 78 percent of global output taking place in the country. India & China are the major supplier of Curcumin, The turnover of Curcumin could reach USD 94.32 million in 2022. India contributes 80% of world production and roughly 60% of export. Indian Curcumin market size accounted for over 81% of the overall Asia Pacific revenue most of these as a food coloring agent. Though Curcumin is currently used majorly as a cosmetic but the market may witness a growth of 10% over last year, majorly driven by its role as a dietary supplements (as immunity booster & anticancer drugs). Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride

Ciprofloxacin is a synthetic chemotherapeutic antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone drug class. It is a second-generation fluoroquinolone antibacterial. It kills bacteria by interfering with the enzymes that cause DNA to rewind after being copied, which stops synthesis of DNA and of protein. Ciprofloxacin is not to be used in infants as they have not developed sufficient enzymes to metabolize the drug. Severe adverse reaction will occur in this patient group. Ciprofloxacin is used to treat a number of infections including: infections of bones and joints, endocarditic, gastroenteritis, malignant otitis externa, respiratory tract infections, cellulites, urinary tract infections, prostitutes, anthrax, chancroid, among others. This medication is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Ciprofloxacin belongs to a class of drugs called quinolone antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. It will not work for virus infections (such as common cold, flu). Using any antibiotic when it is not needed can cause it to not work for future infections. The global API market is poised to grow at a CAGR of around 6.6 per cent over the next decade to reach approximately US $238.8 billion by 2025. Roll Forming with Metal Beam, Highway Guard Crash Barrier and Galvanizing Plant

Metal Beam, Highway Guard Crash Barrier Traffic barriers also known as guardrails or guard rails and in Britain as crash barriers keep vehicles within their roadway and prevent them from colliding with dangerous obstacles such as boulders, sign supports, trees, bridge abutments, buildings, walls, and large storm drains, or from traversing steep (non-recoverable) slopes or entering deep water. They are also installed within medians of divided highways to prevent errant vehicles from entering the opposing carriageway of traffic and help to reduce head-on collisions. Some of these barriers, designed to be struck from either side, are called median barriers. Traffic barriers can also be used to protect vulnerable areas like school yards, pedestrian zones, and fuel tanks from errant vehicles. The market for roads and highways is projected to exhibit a CAGR of 36.16% during 2016-2025, on account of growing government initiatives to improve transportation infrastructure in the country. The road transport and highways ministry has prepared a draft Cabinet note on the Rs.2.6-lakh crore Bharat Mala project that envisages construction of 25,000 km of roads along India's borders, coastal areas, ports, religious and tourist places as well as over 100 district headquarters. India has the second largest road network in the world, spanning a total of 5.89 million kilometers (kms). This road network transports 64.5 per cent of all goods in the country and 90 per cent of India’s total passenger traffic uses road network to commute. Road transportation has gradually increased over the years with improvement in connectivity between cities, towns and villages in the country. Highway construction in India increased at 21.44 per cent CAGR between FY16-FY19. In FY19, 10,855 km of highways were constructed, and the Government has set a target for constructing 12,000 km of national highways in FY20. In March 2020, NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) accomplished the highest ever highway construction of 3,979 kms. In April 2020, the Government set a target of constructing roads worth Rs 15 lakh crore (US$ 212.80 billion) in the next two years. Huge investments have been made in the sector with total investment increasing more than three times from Rs 51,914 crore (US$ 7.43 billion) in 2014-15 to Rs 158,839 crore (US$ 22.73 billion) in 2018-19. Khaini (Chewing Tobacco)

Khaini is the type of smokeless tobacco made from cured tobacco leaves. It may be sweetened and flavored with licorice and other substances. It comes in the form of loose tobacco leaves, pellets or “bits” (leaf tobacco rolled into small pellets), plugs (leaf tobacco pressed and held together with some type of sweetener), or twists (leaf tobacco rolled into rope-like strands and twisted). It is placed in the mouth, usually between the cheek and lower lip, and may be chewed. Chewing tobacco contains nicotine and many chemicals. Also called spit tobacco. Use of a mixture of sun-dried tobacco and slaked lime, known in some areas as khaini, Sada, Surti in India and Nepal, Khaini in Bangladesh, is widespread in Maharashtra and several states of North India, Bangladesh and Tarai belt of Nepal. A regular khaini user may carry a double-ended metal container, one side of which is filled with tobacco and the other with slightly moistened slaked lime. Chewing tobacco was thought to have several medicinal uses, such as to alleviate toothache, to disinfect cuts by spitting the tobacco juice and saliva mixture onto the wound, and to relieve the effects of snake, spider and insect bites The global smokeless tobacco market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.7% during the forecast period (2019 - 2024). The revenue forecast in 2025USD 22.24 billion. Chewing tobacco including loose leaf, plug, and roll forms is the fastest-growing segment with a CAGR of 8.1% from 2019 to 2025. Rising demand for chewing tobacco types among consumers due to their low and effective pricing is anticipated to boost the smokeless tobacco products' market growth. The market is also driven by the use of the product for a longer time interval than smoke products, which get finished in a few minutes. Moreover, the availability of various types such as a loose-leaf, twist, and plug, along with packaging types, is likely to fuel the growth of the segment over the forecast period. The India chewing tobacco industry was estimated to expand at a high CAGR over the forecast period. Demand is anticipated to rise due to the adoption of products by women and the old age population in India. Women contribute to about 19.3% and 20% of the consumption of chewing tobacco products such as leaf and pan masala in Pakistan and India, respectively. Curcumin Extraction Unit

Curcumin is the main biologically active photochemical compound of Turmeric. It is extracted, concentrated, standardized and researched. Curcumin, which gives the yellow color to turmeric, was first isolated almost two centuries ago, and its structure as diferuloylmethane was determined in 1910. Extensive research within the last half a century has proven that its renowned range of medicinal properties, once associated with Turmeric, is due to Curcumin. Turmeric is a spice derived from the rhizomes of Curcuma long, which is a member of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae) and a gold-colored spice commonly used in the Indian subcontinent, not only for health care but also for the preservation of food and as a yellow dye for textiles. Rhizomes are horizontal underground stems that send out shoots as well as roots. Curcumin is extracted and researched for its renowned range of health-related and disease-preventing medicinal properties. Purification from 95% to 100% curcumin does not increase bioavailability of curcumin but the manufacturing costs are substantially higher. Hence 95% purity is available in markets. Curcumin is widely used to colour many foods. The Draft Codex General Standard for Food Additives provides an extensive list of such foods. Curcumin is listed for use in dairy products, fats, oils and fat emulsions, edible ices, fruit and vegetable products, confectionery, cereal products, bakery wares, meat and meat products, fish and fish products, eggs and eggs products, spices, soups, sauces and protein products, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses, beverages, ready-to-eat savories and composite foods. Use levels of curcumin are in the range from 5 to 500 mg/kg depending on the food category. Global cancer drugs market has surpassed USD 100 billion valuation in 2015 and may reach nearly USD 145 billion by 2024, with U.S. being the major consumer. U.S. herbal dietary supplements market was over USD 6 billion valuation in 2015, with estimated gains at over 7.5%. Rise in consumer awareness related to over the counter availability owing to favorable government regulations should enhance curcumin demand. Curcumin production is mainly concentrated in India exceeding 78% of the global output. Changeable turmeric prices owing to unseasonal rainfall and environment hazards may impact curcumin market price trend. Pharmaceutical applications accounted for over 52% of the global curcumin market share. Effective and positive results from various diseases such as Alzheimer and gastric ailments are major reasons driving curcumin based supplements demand. Over the counter availability and approval from government should positively influence product demand in pharmaceutical market. Increasing application scope in food & beverages owing to rise in demand for natural colorant substance are another lucrative factor to favor product demand. However, large availability of synthetic colorant substance may restrain the market growth. Other potential applications include cyanide detection, solar PV and textiles. This facilitates the development of new technologies and ensures a high quality product. Entrepreneurs who invest in this project will be successful. Disposable Surgical Gloves

A surgical (surgeon’s) glove is made of natural or synthetic rubber intended to be worn by operating room personnel to protect a surgical wound from contamination. Surgical gloves have more precise sizing (numbered sizing, generally from size 5.5 to size 9), and are made to higher specifications. They are hand specific. Non-latex materials gloves have not yet replaced latex gloves in surgical procedures, as gloves made of alternate materials generally do not fully match the fine control or greater sensitivity to touch available with latex surgical gloves. High-grade non-latex gloves (such as Nitrile gloves) also cost two or more times the price of their latex counterparts, a fact that has often prevented switching to these alternate materials in cost-sensitive environments, such as many hospitals. Powder-free medical gloves are also used in medical clean room environments, where the need for cleanliness is often similar to that in a sensitive medical environment. Similar but specially tested gloves are used in electronics clean rooms. The global disposable gloves market size was valued at USD 8.19 billion in 2017.Growing demand for disposable gloves in medical and healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive finishing, chemical, and oil and gas industries has been a major factor driving the industry over the past few years. In addition, use of the product in the food processing industry is likely to complement market growth. Increasing awareness pertaining to employee health and safety, coupled with rising concern regarding skin diseases in the industrial sector, is expected to drive the market over the projected period. Technological innovation, supported by availability of customized designs to cater to specific industry demands, is likely to have a positive impact on demand. Increasing aging population and occurrences of chronic health issues necessitate the presence of reliable and upgraded emergency medical services. Growing demand for outpatient, ambulatory care and EMS in U.S. is expected to steer investments in medical infrastructure over the long term, subsequently driving demand for medical products such as gloves. The demand for rubber gloves is rapidly increasing on account of rapid industrialization and urbanization of our country currently taking place. Several workers in the chemical, electrical and food processing industries use rubber gloves. Similarly, the number of people using gloves for household purposes during handling of detergents, floor polishes, pesticides and the like is also increasing especially in the urban areas.
