Virgin Coconut Oil - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is the purest form of coconut oil. Introduced onto the world market at the end of the 20th century, it is one of the highest value products derived from the fresh coconut. It is growing in popularity as functional food oil and the public awareness of it is increasing. It is the oil obtained from the fresh and mature kernel of coconut by mechanical or natural means, with or without the use of heat, without undergoing chemical refining, bleaching or deodorizing, and which does not lead to the alteration of the nature of the oil. It is expected that VCO will experience a dramatic growth in the market. The introduction of VCO has open up new research that basically reveals new things besides what has already been known on commercial coconut oil. Coconut oil is extensively used for food and industrial purposes. The oil is rich in medium chain fatty acids and exhibits good digestibility. The growing demand for virgin coconut oil (VCO) in the international market is expected to directly benefit coconut farmers in the State, with the Coconut Development Board (CDB) initiating steps to help local farmers set up their own large-scale VCO units. “The demand for VCO in the international market has increased considerably. In 2013-14, the export of VCO was Rs 5 crore, which increased to Rs 25 crore in 2014-15. This year, we estimate that VCO exports from India would touch Rs 75 crore. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Rice Mill, Rice Bran Oil with Captive Power Plant (Integrated Unit)

Paddy is the most important and extensively grown food crop in the World. Rice grain (Oryza sativa) along with hulls/husk is known as paddy. Paddy seed contains a rough, hard and woody outer covering, called husk which make paddy as such inedible. It is the staple food of more than 60 percent of the world population. Rice is mainly produced and consumed in the Asian region. India is a second largest producer of rice in the world. Rice milling is the process of removing the husk along with a part of bran from paddy. The economics of rice milling industries is largely dependent on the useful commercial utilization of its by-products. Husk, Bran and Broken Rice are the by-products of the rice milling industries. Rice husk can be converted to a useful form of energy to meet the thermal and mechanical energy requirement for the mills themselves. This sector is currently in the process of major transformation that will ensure sufficient and reliable supply of power to every house in the country.Rice Bran is a very nutritional product and it contains about 16% to 18% oil. Power Transformer

A transformer is a device that transfers electrical energy from one circuit to another through inductively coupled conductors—the transformer's coils. A varying current in the first or primary winding creates a varying magnetic flux in the transformer's core and thus a varying magnetic field through the secondary winding. This varying magnetic field induces a varying electromotive force (EMF), or "voltage", in the secondary winding. This effect is called inductive. Transformers range in size from a thumbnail-sized coupling transformer hidden inside a stage microphone to huge units weighing hundreds of tons used to interconnect portions of power grids. A transformer is a device for transferring energy in a system from one circuit to another. It consists of two independent electric circuits linked with a common magnetic circuit. This energy at low voltage may be transformed to energy at high voltage, or vice versa. In the like manner, current of a given value in one circuit may be transformed into current of another value in a different circuit. Transformers having more than one primary or secondary winding etc. Power transformers are devices that facilitate transfer of power between electrical networks of different voltages. The global power transformers market was estimated to be 11,352 units in 2013 and is expected to reach 16,994 units by 2020, at a CAGR of 5.9% from 2014 to 2020. In terms of revenue, the market is expected to grow from USD 18.55 billion in 2013 to USD 28.22 billion in 2020 at a CAGR of 6.2% from 2014 to 2020. India is known to be an active supplier of transformers to nations worldwide. According to recently published TechSci Research report "India Power and Distribution Transformers Market Forecast and Opportunities, 2020" the market for power and distribution transformers in India is projected to grow at a CAGR of 10.5% during 2015-20. Transformer Market in India had estimated that over 400 GVA of transformer capacity out of the total installed capacity of 1040 GVA would require repair/retrofit/ replacement (as of 2012) and the number is slated to increase to 1548 GVA by 2020 out of estimated installed base of 1548 GVA.
