DISPOSABLE PLASTIC SYRINGES - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

A syringe is a simple piston pump consisting of a plunger that fits tightly in a tube. The plunger can be pulled and pushed along inside a cylindrical tube (the barrel), allowing the syringe to take in and expel a liquid or gas through an orifice at the open end of the tube. The open end of the syringe may be fitted with a hypodermic needle, a nozzle, or tubing to help direct the flow into and out of the barrel. The disposable plastic syringe has become an important part of the medical scene since its introduction in the late 1950's. Today more and more attention is being focused on the composition and configuration of this everyday item. It is an instrument which is used for injecting any liquid into the body of human beings or of animals. These syringes are used for injecting the medicine into the body or into the nerve of the body which are not possible to take in through mouth or takes much time in mixing with blood. Disposable Syringes made of plastic Material have been successfully used in medical and pharmaceutical practice for many years. The constantly increasing use of this type Syringe indicates its importance, which is based mainly on the advantages it offers regarding cost and hygienic applications. Plastic syringes are becoming more popular in the medical world due to its lower cost and higher accuracy. Uses & Applications Disposable syringes commonly are used in modern medicine for the injection of drugs and vaccines or for the extraction of blood. The often are used instead of reusable syringes in an effort to avoid spreading a disease. Among the common uses of disposable syringes are the injecting of insulin by a diabetic person and the administering of a local anesthesia by a dentist. A medical syringe that is used to give shots to more than one person without being properly sterilized is a potential source of disease. This can be an especially pressing concern in poor or undeveloped areas, where an injection often cannot be given under ideal medical conditions. Therefore, disposable syringes often are favored over reusable syringes for vaccines, in order to avoid the risk of transmitting blood borne diseases such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis from one person to another. Needle exchange programs that provide intravenous drug users with disposable syringes and needles are based on the same idea, because reuse and sharing of infected needles by drug users is one of the principal ways HIV is transmitted in the developed world. Market Survey Needles and syringes are amongst the most extensively used medical disposables. Healthcare professionals represent the largest end use market for syringes, followed by diabetics. A substantial rise in the number of drug addicts has also contributed to the enhanced demand for syringes across the world. Rising life expectancies and growing proportion of the elderly have led to increased demand for healthcare services, and greater need for drugs to be injected. Additionally, a number of newly introduced drugs including DNA based drugs are not available in the form of pills and must be administered intravenously, thereby enhancing the demand for disposable syringes. Worldwide market for syringes is driven by an aging population and related rise in healthcare demand. The Present demand of Disposable syringes is being adequately met by indigenous production. In increasing awareness in health care, AIDs and like diseases and improvement in per capita income is expected to create further growth in demand of disposable syringe / needles. Since there is in need to add few more new units for manufacturing of Disposable Syringe. The growth in domestic demand may be conservatively expected to be 25% per annum, assuming constant export of 100 million syringes /year only. One additional unit every year with 25 million products shall be needed to increase in indigenous demand alone besides increase in export quantities is likely to be the further aggravate the demand. The Industry is exporting about 80 million syringes annually which is reasonably spread amongst various units. The measure importing country is Russia. (For sustained exports on durable basis, accreditation under ISO: 14000 or ISP 9000 is mandatory. Imports are limited to certain sizes like 10.20 and 50 ml because of relatively uneconomical demand quantities in such sizes. The total imported in all size may be 35 40 million pieces. E-Waste Recycling Plant - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

E waste is a popular, informal name for electronic products nearing the end of their useful life. Computers, televisions, VCRs, stereos, copiers, and fax machines are common electronic products. Many of these products can be reused, refurbished, or recycled. Unfortunately, electronic discards are one of the fastest growing segments of our nation's waste stream. WEEE has been identified as one of the fastest growing sources of waste in the EU, and is estimated to be increasing by 16 to 28 per cent every five years. Within each sector a complex set of heterogeneous secondary wastes is created. Electronic wastes, e waste, e scrap, or Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is a description of surplus, obsolete, broken or discarded electrical or electronic devices. Technically, electronic waste is the component which is dumped or disposed or discarded rather than recycled, including residue from reuse and recycling operations. Because loads of surplus electronics are frequently commingled (good, recyclable, and non recyclable), several public policy advocates apply the term e waste broadly to all surplus electronics. Uses & Application Electronic Waste – or e waste – is the term used to describe old, end of life electronic appliances such as computers, laptops, TVs, DVD players, mobile phones, mp3 players etc. which have been disposed of by their original users. While there is no generally accepted definition of e waste, in most cases, e waste comprises of relatively expensive and essentially durable products used for data processing, telecommunications or entertainment in private households and businesses. Market Survey WEEE has been identified as one of the fastest growing sources of waste in the India, and is estimated to be increasing by 16 28 per cent every five years. Within each sector a complex set of heterogeneous secondary wastes is created. Although treatment requirements are complicated, the sources from any one sector possess many common characteristics. However, there exist huge variations in the nature of electronic wastes between sectors, and treatment regimes appropriate for one cannot be readily transferred to another.

This can be an especially pressing concern in poor or undeveloped areas, where an injection often cannot be given under ideal medical conditions. Market Survey The Health Ministry of the Government of India was planning to have a separate wing to license medical devices under the proposed National Drug Authority. The Indian domestic Medicare devices industry is expected to grow from Rs 60 bn to Rs 76.5 bn in four years. The overall market is estimated at Rs 150 bn. A major part of the demand is met through imports. Devices, such as catheters and stents represent nearly two fifth of the entire range of diagnostic devices and most critical as per international classification. The Government has decided to create separate quality guidelines for medical devices. Presently medical devices are treated like drugs and regulated by state drug regulators under the drug law Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Guidelines would make it mandatory for producers to get their products certified by notified bodies like ISO and BIS. Technological advances achieved by Medicare globally in the recent years have been phenomenal. The Indian scenario has not remained immune to these changes. While IT (information technology) has come to the aid of the breakthroughs, the progress recorded in the Medicare area is as impressive as it is in the IT sector itself. The changes are in concepts, forms and content, as well as applications. These are both, quantitative and qualitative. The transformation is pervasive and has penetrated almost all specialties, from diagnostics to physiotherapy, from cardiology to oncology, from non invasive surgery to transplants. Low Carbon Ferro Manganese and Ferro Chrome (Through Alumina Thermic Process) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials

Manganese is used in metallurgical industries in the form of ferro manganese. Ferro manganese contains about 80% Mn and 20% Fe. Generally ferro manganese is produced in blast furnace or an electric furnace. The high carbon ferromanganese (7.5% C, 74 80 % Mn & balance Fe) is the most important grade of ferromanganese Ferrochrome contains chromium as a major alloying element. With low carbon content, high chromium steels (Cr.12%) are corrosion resistant. With high carbon content, chromium raises the abrasion and wear resistance. Ferro Chrome is an alloy of chromium and iron containing between 50% and 70% chromium. The ferrochrome is produced by electric arc melting of chromites and chromium ore. Uses & Applications Low carbon Ferro manganese is widely used in the manufacturing of tool steels, alloys steel & structural steels. Ferromanganese is widely used in the manufacture of tool steels (up to 0.4% Mn) and structural steel (up to 0.6% Mn) and also of special steels with a high manganese content (up to 12 to 14%) Mn), as well as an alloying addition. Silcomanganese ferro alloy is used as a blocking agent to prevent the reaction of carbon & oxygen in Steel. Ferro Chrome with chrome content below 56% is known as charge chrome and produced from a chrome containing ore with a lower chrome content. Alternatively, High Carbon Ferro Chrome produced from higher grade ore, is more commonly used in specialist applications such as engineering steels. Low carbon Ferro Chrome is used during steel production to correct chrome percentages, without causing undesirable variations in the carbon or trace element percentages. Market Survey Ferro alloy production is very power intensive, forming between 40 and 70 per cent of the total production cost. Manganese alloy is the largest produced ferro alloy in the world with a share of about 41% of the global production of ferro alloys. Manganese is an essential requisite for iron and steel production owing to its capability for sulphur fixing, de oxidizing and good alloying properties. Production of manganese ferro alloys is dominated by China, accounting for nearly half of worldwide production from a combination of domestic low grade manganese ores and imported high grade ores. The steel industry also requires manganese alloys with less carbon than that contained in standard ferromanganese. India is exporting ferromanganese ferrosilicon & other bulk and noble alloys to various countries like FR Germany, France, Japan, Columbia, Dominican Rep, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, U.K., U.S.A. and others. The proposals are for an increase in import duties for all Ferro Alloys from 5% to 7.5% excluding Ferro Nickel and the removal of duties on raw materials and ores used in the production of Ferro Alloys. Current duties for imported raw materials range from 2.5% to 7.5%. There is a very good scope for this product and it is the appropriate time for new entrepreneurs to venture into this field. WEEE Categories are: Large household appliances; Small household appliances; IT and telecommunications equipments (Consumer equipments, Lighting equipments, Electrical and electronic tools Toys, leisure and sports equipment Medical devices, Monitoring and control instruments ,Automatic dispensers). A range of techniques is currently applied for retrieving components and materials from WEEE. The essential features of these systems generally conform to a scheme of: sorting/disassembly; size reduction; separation. Almost 50% of the PC's sold in India are products from the secondary market and are re assembled on old components. The remaining market share is covered by multinational manufacturers (30%) and Indian brands (22%). The WEEE Directive is impacting companies and authorities in two ways. Firstly, it applies constraints on how they operate in terms of provision and disposal of equipment, thereby increasing direct costs. The longer term benefits in reduction of environmental impact, and hence cost, should not be ignored, however. Secondly, the need to establish widespread recovery methodologies will provide the opportunity to enhance and to build business operations that generate profit from recycling of WEEE. ? Amino Acid Metal Chelates for Agriculture Use (Zinc, Ferrous, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery

Amino acid chelates consists of a metal ion comprising iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium, copper, calcium and mixtures thereof. These cheltaes are mostly used in nutrients, food supplements and fertilizers. The nutrients in chelated form, helps quick & easy absorption. Amino acid chelates represent a stable bonding agent that attaches to mineral molecules to aid absorption. All living things depend on amino acids, often called the building blocks of protein. This essential molecule produces energy needed to survive. Synthetic chelates only attach to metals, such as copper, zinc and iron. Natural amino acid chelates bind to metallic and inorganic minerals, including calcium, phosphate, and potassium. In order for a compound to be called a true chelating agent, it must have certain chemical characteristics. This chelating compound must consist of at least two sites capable of donating electrons (coordinate covalent bond) to the metal it chelates. As with organic acids, amino acid compounds also play a role in mineral uptake into plant tissue, because of the increase permeability effect of the amino acid on the cuticle. Market Survey The saturated market Micronutrient deficiencies are major constraints in crop production in the present day agricultural programmes. Micronutrient fertilizers are gaining importance day by day and would play a major role in bringing stability and sustainability in the production of food grains, pulses and oilseeds in the coming decade. Demand for chelating agents worldwide is expected to continue its steady growth over the coming years. While more than 70% of the global chelates demand comes from household and industrial cleaners, water treatment, and pulp and paper industries, chelates are finding increasing use in agriculture and medicine. New markets in Asia-Pacific and South America for water treatment and personal care sectors bode well for the chelates market.
