E-Waste Recycling Plant

Electronic wastes, e-waste, e-scrap, or Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is a description of surplus, obsolete, broken or discarded electrical or electronic devices. The perception of e-waste is often restricted to a narrower sense, comprising mainly of end-of-life information- & telecommunication equipment and consumer electronics. However, technically, electronic waste is only a subset of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). The rising levels of e-waste generation in India have been a matter of concern in recent years. With more than 100 crore mobile phones in circulation, nearly 25 per cent end up in e-waste annually.India has surely emerged as the second largest mobile market with 1.03 billion subscribers, but also the fifth largest producer of e-waste in the world, discarding roughly 18.5 lakh metric tonnes of electronic waste each year, with telecom equipment alone accounting for 12 per cent of the e-waste A range of techniques is currently applied for retrieving components and materials from WEEE. The essential features of these systems generally conform to a scheme of: sorting/disassembly; size reduction; separation. In addition, the new product launches with updated features and additional services are attracting the customers to upgrade their old products with new products. This has reduced the life span of these devices to about 3-4 years. Thus, this is adding more and more e-waste at a tremendous rate. This is ultimately leading to increased activities for managing e-waste, which would create conducive environment for e-waste management in the coming years. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Biofertilizer and Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM)

Biofertilizers are cost effective, eco-friendly and when they are required in bulk can be generated at the farm itself. They increase crop yield upto 10-40% and fix nitrogen upto 40-50 Kg. The other plus point is that after using 3-4 years continuously there is no need of application of biofertilizers because parental inoculums are sufficient for growth and multiplication. They improve soil texture, pH, and other properties of soil. They produces plant growth promoting substances IAA amino acids, vitamins etc. They have 75% moisture and it could be applied to the field directly. Biofertilizers contained 3.5% - 4% nitrogen, 2% - 2.5% phosphorus and 1.5% potassium. In terms of N: P: K, it was found to be superior to farmyard manure and other type of manure. Biofertilizers and PROM are a product that is likely to be commercially promising in the long run once information becomes available adequately to producers and farmers through experience and communication. In India, government has been trying to increase the application of bio fertilizers along with modern agrochemicals. With the increasing pressure on global food production and development in technologies of fertilizer production, the demand for fertilizers is expected to increase, which in turn would enhance the growth of the biofertilizers market. As a whole it is a good project for new entrepreneurs to invest. Micronutrients Fertilizer

Micronutrients are elements which are essential for plant growth, but are required in much smaller amounts than those of the primary nutrients; nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The micronutrients are boron (B), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), and chloride (Cl). Deficiencies of micronutrients have been increasing in some crops. Some reasons are higher crop yields which increase plant nutrient demands, use of high analyses NPK fertilizers containing lower quantities of micronutrient contaminants, and decreased use of farmyard manure on many agricultural soils. Micronutrient deficiencies have been verified in many soils through increased use of soil testing and plant analyses. Agricultural micronutrients have become a fundamental input in agriculture production and leading the industry to achieve its transformation in line with the changing demand from growers as well as to replenish the increasing demand for food with the increasing population worldwide. The agricultural micronutrients market growth has increased progressively because of increased global micronutrient deficiency in soil and shrinkage in the world’s agricultural land. Thus, as an entrepreneur this project offers an exciting opportunity to you. E-Waste Recycling Plant

Electronic wastes, "e-waste", "e-scrap", or "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" ("WEEE") is a description of surplus, obsolete, broken or discarded electrical or electronic devices. Technically, electronic "waste" is the component which is dumped or disposed or discarded rather than recycled, including residue from reuse and recycling operations. Electronic Waste – or e-waste – is the term used to describe old, end-of-life electronic appliances such as computers, laptops, TVs, DVD players, mobile phones, mp3 players etc. which have been disposed of by their original users. The perception of e-waste is often restricted to a narrower sense, comprising mainly of end-of-life information- & telecommunication equipment and consumer electronics. However, technically, electronic waste is only a subset of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). E-Waste or Electronic Waste broadly describes loosely discarded, surplus, broken, obsolete, electrical and electronic devices. E-Waste is an area of immediate and long term concern as its unregulated accumulation and recycling can lead to major environmental degradation which will pose a major threatto human health. According to E-Waste Market in India 2015-2019 research, the need to prevent biological hazards is one of the major trends upcoming in this market. Newer methods of preventing biological hazards have emerged over the years. Growing need to reduce toxins discharged from unattended e-waste has triggered more investment in the market. High obsolescence rates of technologies have triggered increased demand for efficient e-waste management in India. A mere 1.5% of India's total e-waste gets recycled due to poor infrastructure, legislation and framework which leads to a waste of diminishing natural resources, irreparable damage of environment and health of the people working in industry. As a whole there is a good scope for new entrepreneur to invest in this business. Solar Panel & Electronic Toys

A solar panel is a collection of solar cells. Lots of small solar cells spread over a large area can work together to provide enough power to be useful. The more light that hits a cell the more electricity it producesSolar panel refers either to a photovoltaic module, a solar thermal energy panel, or to a set of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules electrically connected and mounted on a supporting structure. A PV module is a packaged, connected assembly of solar cells. Solar panels can be used as a component of a larger photovoltaic system to generate and supply electricity in commercial and residential applications.A single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power most installations contain multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes a panel or an array of solar modules, an inverter, and sometimes a battery and/or solar tracker and interconnection wiring. The PV MARKET has been upward trend for years now. The market is expected to continue to grow until 20. The JNNSM (Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission) target of 20 GW of installation by 2022 and also proactive policies from states like Gujarat are the key drivers for the growth of the solar sector in India. Globally, China dominates the cell and module production and has about 50% MARKET share. In terms of installations, Germany leads the world with close to 50% of installations world over. In India, there is about 1.4 GW of module manufacturing capacity and this is expected to increase in the future since the solar PV segment is one part of the entire value chain where the barriers to entry is relatively low. Each module is rated by its DC output power under standard test conditions (STC), and typically ranges from 100 to 320 watts. The efficiency of a module determines the area of a module given the same rated output - an 8% efficient 230 watt module will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 watt module. The PV MARKET has been on an upward trend for years now. The market is expected to continue to grow until 2050. The Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission in 2010, India is poised for a big take off in the installation of solar energy.
