Electric Motors

An electric motor is a device converting electrical energy into mechanical energy (usually a torque). This conversion is usually obtained through the generation of a magnetic field by means of a current flowing into one or more coils. An electric motor turns because of magnetic force exerted between a stationary electromagnet called the stator and a rotating electromagnet called the rotor. Different types of electric motors are distinguished by how electric current is supplied to the moving rotor. Tremendous technological advancements and the need for high efficiency motors are the two factors responsible for the growth of electric motors market in the past few years. Electric motors are widely used in motor vehicles, household appliances, material handling equipment, etc. An unmitigated increase in fuel prices coupled with the need to reduce air pollution has led to an increased preference for electric vehicles in several countries. This, in turn, is expected to upsurge the electric motor market. Premium efficiency motors are expected to gain traction in near future as they are low maintenance, consume low power and have many other unique features as well. Based on type, the AC electric motors are smaller, cheaper and light in weight and are widely used in HVAC equipment. Hence, AC electric motors will dominate the electrical motor market. Thus, due to demand it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Production of Toilet Paper Rolls, Facial Tissue & Paper Napkins Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study

The tissues paper sector has boomed over the last few years. With a move to more luxurious tissue paper and ultra-absorbent paper towels the industry has been able to increase the tissue prices and create new brands to retain consumers. Tissue can be made both from virgin and recycled paper pulp. Majorly there are five types of tissue papers namely; Bathroom Tissue, Facial Tissue, Paper Towel, Paper Napkin and, Specialty and Wrapping Tissue. A napkin, serviette or face towelette is a rectangle of cloth used at the table for wiping the mouth and fingers while eating. It is usually small and folded, sometimes in intricate designs and shapes. Toilet paper is a tissue paper product used by people primarily for the ablution of the anus and surrounding area of fecal material after defecation and by human females for cleaning the perineal area of urine after urination and other bodily fluid releases. It also acts as a layer of protection for the hands during these processes. It is sold as a long strip of perforated paper wrapped around a paperboard core for storage in a dispenser near a toilet. Most modern toilet paper in the developed world is designed to decompose in septic tanks, whereas some other bathroom and facial tissues are not. Toilet paper comes in various plies or layers of thickness, from one-ply all the way up to six-ply, meaning that it is either a single sheet or multiple sheets placed back-to-back to make it thicker, stronger and more absorbent. Facial tissue and paper handkerchief refers to a class of soft, absorbent, disposable papers that are suitable for use on the face. They are disposable alternatives for cloth handkerchiefs. The terms are commonly used to refer to the type of paper tissue, usually sold in boxes, that is designed to facilitate the expulsion of nasal mucus from the nose (nose-blowing) although it may refer to other types of facial tissues including napkins and wipes. A solar panel is a collection of solar cells. Lots of small solar cells spread over a large area can work together to provide enough power to be useful. The more light that hits a cell the more electricity it producesSolar panel refers either to a photovoltaic module, a solar thermal energy panel, or to a set of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules electrically connected and mounted on a supporting structure. A PV module is a packaged, connected assembly of solar cells. Solar panels can be used as a component of a larger photovoltaic system to generate and supply electricity in commercial and residential applications.A single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power most installations contain multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes a panel or an array of solar modules, an inverter, and sometimes a battery and/or solar tracker and interconnection wiring. The PV MARKET has been upward trend for years now. The market is expected to continue to grow until 20. The JNNSM (Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission) target of 20 GW of installation by 2022 and also proactive policies from states like Gujarat are the key drivers for the growth of the solar sector in India. Globally, China dominates the cell and module production and has about 50% MARKET share. In terms of installations, Germany leads the world with close to 50% of installations world over. Plastic Seals for Electricity Meters

Security seals are mechanisms used to seal meters in a way that provides tamper evidence and some level of security. Such seals can help to detect theft or contamination, either accidental or deliberate. Security seals are commonly used to secure truck trailers, vessel containers, chemical drums, airline duty-free trolleys and utility meters. Plastic security seals are manufactured normally in two styles; adjustable or fixed length. Adjustable length seals can fit many applications from securing the neck of a bag or mail sack to sealing chemical drums, first aid kits and fire extinguishers. Meter seals are used with electric or gas or water meters and usually molded in polycarbonate. The transparent body of the seal means that the locking mechanism is visible, and can provide clear indication of tampering. Meter seals can withstand exposure to sunlight and extreme weather, and a wide range of temperatures. The seals can be individualized to fit the needs of the user. Typical marking includes logos, special texts, and white pads for writing by hand, consecutive numbering and 1D and 2D bar codes.
