Invert Sugar Enzyme Based - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Invert Sugar (invert sugar syrup) is pale (golden yellow) colored sweetener prepared by the acid hydrolysis/enzymatic hydrolysis of a solution of white refined sugar. Invert Sugar Syrup or Invert Syrup as it is commonly known; is an equimolecular ratio of glucose and fructose in aqueous form. The Product is made from cane sugar or cane juice. Invert sugar contains equal proportions of the invert (reducing) sugars: glucose and fructose. It has wide application and is particularly useful where high concentrations of invert sugars are required. The crystal inhibiting characteristics and humectants property (retention of moisture) means that the shelf life of many products can be extended by the use of Invert Syrup in product formulations. It has a high degree of sweetening power relative to sucrose. APPLICATION: Invert sugar has its application in many industries such as beverage & distillery industries, bakery & general industries, tobacco industries, honey industries, pharmaceutical industries etc. Invert sugar is used to substitute granulated sugar or honey between 10 and 50% of its weight according to desired usage or effect. Apart from that, invert sugar has double the bacteriological potential of sucrose therefore reducing the need for preservatives. Invert sugar can be used in any recipes that contain granulated sugar, which is well known for its hardening effect on the products it is found in. In addition, invert sugar absorbs water and retains it, which is why it is a good humidifying agent as it keeps dishes moist for much longer. It can also be used in any confectionery or ice cream formula to partially substitute granulated sugar and also honey in certain specialties Invert sugar can be used in combination with other humidifying agents, increasing its ability to retain moisture, for caramelization and enhanced flavor. Market Survey: The Invert sugar is greater in demand than pure glucose as food and drink sweeteners, because fructose is sweeter than glucose. Main consumers of Invert Sugar are the baking, beverages, canning, confectionery and dairy industries.

ELECTROLYTIC MANGANESE DIOXIDE - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

EMD is a complex composite of various crystals of manganese and oxygen that is produced through electro-winning. It is used primarily as the active constituent of alkaline batteries and increasingly as the feedstock for the cathodic material in lithium-ion batteries. The structure of EMD is highly disordered, but predominantly made up of the manganese dioxide crystal ramsdellite, depicted here, with the red balls signifying the oxygen atoms in the green manganese dioxide crystal lattice. Electrolytic manganese dioxide is a high purity product with molecular formula MnO2 that possesses the ‘recipe specific’ electrical characteristics desired by battery producers. Natural manganese dioxide (NMD) can be used in the Leclanche cells. But in alkaline, lithium and other batteries, synthetic managanese dioxide with higher purity is required. Electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) is used as a cathode mixture material for dry cell batteries, such as alkaline batteries, zinc-carbon batteries rechargeable alkaline batteries. Among the large variety of manganese dioxides, y-type managanese dioxide is extensively used, as y-variety compounds have high intercalation voltage. They have the ability to maintain high discharge rates, a good performance over a wide temperature range and have a long storage life. EMD is stable under normal temperature conditions. ELECTROLYTIC MAGNESIUM DIOXIDE NUCLEATION: Electrolytic manganese dioxide has been used worldwide in the manufacture of primary ZnMnO2 alkaline and Lechlanche type cells for decades. Their low cost and reliability impair their replacement by higher performance and secondary batteries. The performance of these batteries depends on the manufacture method of the manganese oxide due to the variation of the properties of the oxide with its crystallite size, density of lattice imperfections and extent of hydration. Sometimes the intercalation of lithium ions is carried out to improve performance characteristics of MnO2, for high energy density and high drain power application. Electrolytic manganese dioxide are doped with Bi, Pb and Ti ions is used for the manufacture of rechargeable alkaline manganese oxide cells. These ions are known to stabilize the MnO2 lattice towards dimensional changes that occur during charging and discharging cycles of the cells. The production of EMD is carried out through the electrolysis of hot MnSO4 and sulphuric acid solutions. Stainless steel or lead is the materials normally used as cathode, where hydrogen evolution takes place. Carbon, lead or titanium can be used as anode. Titanium anodes are preferred because the EMD is purer than that obtained with carbon and lead anodes. MARKET SCENARIO: As electric vehicles penetrate the auto market, EMD demand stands to benefit. The launch of electric cars and their expanding production is expected to increase demand for EMD for use in lithium-ion secondary batteries cathodes of the lithium manganese oxide and tertiary compound type. The highest potential growth segment for EMD is in large scale rechargeable batteries used in electric vehicles and electronics. At present, the rechargeable manganese battery segments account for less than 10% of total EMD demand. Alkaline batteries are a low growth end use, expected to track well below GDP growth rates over the forecast period. In small scale electronics, EMD use projected at historical growth rates of 4%. EMD is mostly used in alkaline and other small scale, consumer electronic batteries. World demand is estimated around 3,50,000 metric tonnes per annum in 2012 with growth rate in demand around 5%.

Sugar industry is one of the most important agro based industries and is highly responsible for creating significant impact on rural economy in particular and countrys economy in general. Sugar industry ranks second amongst major agro based industries. Sugarcane and sugar beet are the main sources of sugar in the world. Out of total sugar produced in the world 60 per cent is obtained only from sugarcane. Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) is an important cash crop cultivated in about 84 countries of the world. The plantation will have to be structured and planned in such a way that the right ratio mix is available when the mill, power plant and distillery become operational. The entire plantation will take around three years to develop and mature. Sugarcane Characteristics: Sugarcane is a tall perennial grass that grows between seven and 16 feet (2 and 5 m). Sugarcane harvesting is a complex process that involves careful cutting and handling procedures to maintain high sugar content and cane quality. Perhaps sugar is the most politicised industry in India with its production to a large extent controlled by politicians and the government regulating its supply to control prices. The Government not only fixes the prices of levy sugar but also fixes the supporting prices of sugarcane, as in the case of food grains. The sugar industry is also the most advanced processing industry in the agricultural sector and has contributed to a considerable area. The integrated rural development brought about by sugar factories in certain remote villages in the country goes to above its backward and forward linkages in the developmental process. Uses and Application As such sugar used as sweetener in food product, like Jam, Jellies, Bread Biscuit & Cake Industry. It has largest use as domestic purposes also. The open end of the syringe may be fitted with a hypodermic needle, a nozzle, or tubing to help direct the flow into and out of the barrel. The disposable plastic syringe has become an important part of the medical scene since its introduction in the late 1950's. Today more and more attention is being focused on the composition and configuration of this everyday item. It is an instrument which is used for injecting any liquid into the body of human beings or of animals. These syringes are used for injecting the medicine into the body or into the nerve of the body which are not possible to take in through mouth or takes much time in mixing with blood. Disposable Syringes made of plastic Material have been successfully used in medical and pharmaceutical practice for many years. The constantly increasing use of this type Syringe indicates its importance, which is based mainly on the advantages it offers regarding cost and hygienic applications. Plastic syringes are becoming more popular in the medical world due to its lower cost and higher accuracy. Uses & Applications Disposable syringes commonly are used in modern medicine for the injection of drugs and vaccines or for the extraction of blood. The often are used instead of reusable syringes in an effort to avoid spreading a disease. Among the common uses of disposable syringes are the injecting of insulin by a diabetic person and the administering of a local anesthesia by a dentist. A medical syringe that is used to give shots to more than one person without being properly sterilized is a potential source of disease. This can be an especially pressing concern in poor or undeveloped areas, where an injection often cannot be given under ideal medical conditions. Therefore, disposable syringes often are favored over reusable syringes for vaccines, in order to avoid the risk of transmitting blood borne diseases such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis from one person to another. Needle exchange programs that provide intravenous drug users with disposable syringes and needles are based on the same idea, because reuse and sharing of infected needles by drug users is one of the principal ways HIV is transmitted in the developed world. Market Survey Needles and syringes are amongst the most extensively used medical disposables. Healthcare professionals represent the largest end use market for syringes, followed by diabetics. A substantial rise in the number of drug addicts has also contributed to the enhanced demand for syringes across the world. Rising life expectancies and growing proportion of the elderly have led to increased demand for healthcare services, and greater need for drugs to be injected. Additionally, a number of newly introduced drugs including DNA based drugs are not available in the form of pills and must be administered intravenously, thereby enhancing the demand for disposable syringes. Worldwide market for syringes is driven by an aging population and related rise in healthcare demand. The Present demand of Disposable syringes is being adequately met by indigenous production. SOFT AND HARD GELATIN CAPSULES (VEGETABLE AND NON VEG. BASE)

A capsule is a shell or a container prepared from gelatin containing one or more medicinal and/or inert substances. The gelatin capsule shell may be soft or hard depending on their formulation. The term capsule derived from the Latin Capsula meaning small box. In 1833, Mothes first introduced the soft capsule (soft gel), which then in 1838 the invention is patentable. Hard Gelatin itself is discovered by Lehuby in 1846. Capsule can be used for internal usage (orally, through the nose, through the body cavity) and external usage (outside of the body). Capsule is a solid particle which has a size of 0.1 to 10,000 ?. According to the pharmacopoeia of Indonesia, the capsule is a solid dosage of the drug in hard or soft shell that can be dissolved. Shells are generally made of gelatin, can also be made from starch or other suitable material. Gelatin is defined as a product obtained by the partial hydrolysis of collagen derived from the skin white connective tissue and bones of animals. Gelatin derived from an acid treated pre curser is known as type A and gelatin derived from an alkali treated precursor is known as type B. Gelatin is a protein and in aqueous solution forms a hydrophilic colloid, leading to complex behavior. As a normal constituent of plant and animal tissues, it is essential to their growth. It occurs especially in seeds, the yolk of eggs, the nerves and brain and bone narrow, usually in the form of lecithins or glycero phosphates. It is an essential constituent of bones in the format calcium phosphate. Bone contains about 58% calcium phosphate plus some calcium carbonate, fat and nitrogenous organic matter. Technical gelatin generally refers to the gelatin that is used for non edible purposes. Uses & Applications The industry recognizes four different kinds of gelatin, edible, technical, photographic and pharmaceutical.
