Amino Acid Metal Chelates for Agriculture Use (Zinc, Ferrous, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium) - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery

Amino acid chelates consists of a metal ion comprising iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium, copper, calcium and mixtures thereof. These cheltaes are mostly used in nutrients, food supplements and fertilizers. The nutrients in chelated form, helps quick & easy absorption. Amino acid chelates represent a stable bonding agent that attaches to mineral molecules to aid absorption. All living things depend on amino acids, often called the building blocks of protein. This essential molecule produces energy needed to survive. Synthetic chelates only attach to metals, such as copper, zinc and iron. Natural amino acid chelates bind to metallic and inorganic minerals, including calcium, phosphate, and potassium. In order for a compound to be called a true chelating agent, it must have certain chemical characteristics. This chelating compound must consist of at least two sites capable of donating electrons (coordinate covalent bond) to the metal it chelates. As with organic acids, amino acid compounds also play a role in mineral uptake into plant tissue, because of the increase permeability effect of the amino acid on the cuticle. Market Survey The saturated market Micronutrient deficiencies are major constraints in crop production in the present day agricultural programmes. Micronutrient fertilizers are gaining importance day by day and would play a major role in bringing stability and sustainability in the production of food grains, pulses and oilseeds in the coming decade. Demand for chelating agents worldwide is expected to continue its steady growth over the coming years. While more than 70% of the global chelates demand comes from household and industrial cleaners, water treatment, and pulp and paper industries, chelates are finding increasing use in agriculture and medicine. New markets in Asia-Pacific and South America for water treatment and personal care sectors bode well for the chelates market. Biodegradable chelating agents are likely to capture a significant share of the chelating agents market in the coming years, owing to potential health and environmental hazards associated with the use of non-biodegradable organic chelating compounds. Packaged Drinking Water - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue

Water is the necessity of our daily life, it’s so important for us that we need clean, safe and sanitary water every day, and usually there’s a more strict inspection standard in the more advanced country. Potable spring waters containing, sulphur, iron, magnesium and other mineral salts occurring in certain regions are claimed to be beneficial to human metabolism. There are two kinds of drinking water in the market. One is the natural water, which is called mineral water. The other is processed water coming from underground or from the pipe of water plant, which is called R.O. water, space water or pure water. Mineral water comes from natural springs. It contains a lot of various kinds of chemical goods such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, which are healthy to our body. After the water is filtered and sterilized properly, it’s our first choice to use it. However, the shortcoming is that the source of mineral water is limited. On the other side, pure water doesn’t contain any nutrition, but it’s easy to be obtained and very clean after being processed. It tastes good with PH value 5-7?that’s the reason why people like it very much. Pure water is processed through different stages of a filter system such as sand, carbon, and Reversed Osmosis System. The water is passed from 5 micron through 1 to 0.2 micron filter. After that, pure water can be filtered to remove harmful materials with an efficiency of 96%. Uses Mineral water is bottled under very hygienic conditions under strict quality control before being marketed. Its major use is in five star Hotels and Hospitals where good quality pure water is required for potable purposes. It is marketed at places and regions where hygienic drinking water is not freely available. Market Survey Bottled Water Bottled water industry, colloquially called, the mineral water industry, is a symbol of a new lifestyle and health-consciousness emerging in India. While a large segment of the population is struggling to get access to potable water supply, a new generation - especially in the urban areas - is getting accustomed to bottled water paying handsome prices. The total size of the bottled water market in India is estimated at Rs 20 bn. What is amazing is that people are prepared to pay Rs 10 or more for a litre of 'simple' water - especially when the cost of material input is negligible. The cost of packaging can be as high as 15% to 35% of the price of the product. In bottled water market, the cost of entry and the cost of exit is low. One does not require much equipment to make bottled water. The bottled water market is growing at a rapid rate of around 20% a year (down from 50 to 60%). At this growth rate, the market is estimated to overtake the soft drinks market soon. Multi-nationals Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Nestle and others are trying to grab a significant share of the market. There are more than 1800 brands in the unorganized sector. The small players account for nearly 19% of the total market. Nevertheless, per capita consumption of bottled water in India is less than half a litre per year, compared to 111 litres in France and 45 litres in the US. The consumption of smaller packs (500 ml) has increased perceptibly by around 140%. Even school children are carrying the 500-ml packs in their school-bags. The 20 litre jars have found phenomenal acceptance in households and in work places. The growth trends in packaged drinking water and a growing demand is indicative of the fact that water and its variants will be the single largest beverage category, growing and becoming at least 20 times of the current market size within the next 10-12 years. The BIS certification was made mandatory for the segment from April 2001. The bottled water was classified as food and has been brought under the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act. The producers have to adhere to rules pertaining to colour, odour, taste, turbidity, total dissolved solids and aerobic microbial count. Few Major Players are as under:- Ajay Enterprises Ltd. Copper Sulphate - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost and Revenue, Plant Layout

Copper (II) Sulfate is a chemical compound with the formula CuSO4. It occurs in nature as mineral hydrocyanite. It is gray to white and has rhombic crystal morphology. It decomposes to green basic copper (II) sulphate at 340 deg C and at 600-650 deg C it decomposes to copper oxide. It is generally prepared by controlled heating of Copper Sulphate Pent-hydrate, CuSO4.5H2O. Copper sulphate term is generally used to describe pent hydrate compound of copper sulphate which is also known as blue stone, blue vitriol etc. It is best known and the most widely used of the copper salts. Indeed it is often the starting raw material for the production of many of the other copper salts. Today the world's consumption is around 250,000 tons per annum of which it is estimated that approximately three-quarters are used in agriculture, principally as a fungicide. Uses & Application Anhydrous Copper sulphate has limited commercial use. • It is used as a desiccant for removing water from organic solvents. • It acts as a sensitive indicator of the presence of moisture in organic solvents. Copper sulphate pentahydrate is a very versatile chemical with as extensive a range of uses in industry. • It is used as an algaecide, an herbicide in irrigation and municipal water treatment systems, and as a molluscicide, a material used to repel and kill slugs and snails. • The metal industry uses large quantities of copper sulphate as an electrolyte in copper refining, for copper coating steel wire prior to wire drawing and in various copper plating processes. • The mining industry employs it as an activator in the concentration by froth flotation of lead, zinc, cobalt and gold ores. • The printing trade takes it as an electrolyte in the production of electrotype and as an etching agent for process engraving. • The paint industry uses it in anti-fouling paints and it plays a part in the coloring of glass. • Copper sulphate is a fungicide used to control bacterial and fungal diseases of fruit, vegetable, nut and field crops. It is used in combination with lime and water as a protective fungicide, referred to as Bordeaux mixture, for leaf application and seed treatment. • Copper deficiency in plants or animals can be corrected very simply either by applying 50 kg copper sulphate per hectare in the form of a fertilizer before sowing or by spraying the foliage of the young cereal plants. Market Survey The Market Survey on Copper Sulphate is of topical interest in the sense that copper is important metal used in India from ancient times. In fact, one age of human civilization is named after copper. Copper is also used in the alloy form as brass and bronze because of the added advantages. Copper was a scarce metal with respect to India but recent setting up of copper smelters has entirely changed the scenario of copper production/availability in the country. However, these copper smelters, except that of HCL, are producing copper based on the imported concentrates. This has opened a new path for the chemical manufacturing companies for producing copper based chemicals in the country. With numerous copper mines in the country, Copper compounds manufacturing has taken a good shot in last few years. Many Companies are setting their projects at different places in India. They produce environment friendly copper sulphate fertilizer, Copper Sulphate Electroplating Grade, Copper Sulphate Feed grade having 98% Copper content. Copper sulphate is widely used as fungicide in agricultural field. Therefore demand of copper sulphate directly depends upon the usage and development of agriculture in a country. In India, the total installed annual capacity of 43 technical grades of pesticides and fungicide is estimated at 148,000 tonnes of which only four grades (Mancozab 20,700 tonnes, Monocrotophos 14,000 tonnes, Malathion 11,800 tonnes and Endo-sulphan 10,100 tonnes) account for over 38% of the aggregate installed capacities. ? India is one among the most dynamic generic pesticides & fungicides manufacturing countries. And yet, India's own average consumption of it is low, below 500 gms per ha. Crop protection has assumed special importance since the food grains demand in the country is supposed to reach an estimated 343 mn tonnes by 2020. The agrochemical industry allocates an average of about 10% of its total sales turnover for research and development. This amounts to Rs 3.5-4.0 bn. The agrochemical industry is spread over around 200 large and medium sized manufacturers and 600 formulators producing about 60 technical grades of pesticides. Other important players in the sector include 10 multinational companies operating for quite some time. While the organized sector contributes 55% to the industry's output, the small scale sector makes up for the balance. The Indian industry has been focusing on integrated crop management (ICM), increasing exports of genuine pesticides & fungicide and concentrating on farmer-friendly activities. With the global market rising, there are encouraging prospects for the Indian industry. The pesticide industry is targeting a 10% share of global pesticides market and has been working on the ICM program to introduce safer applications, spray devices and crop protection through balanced use of biological and chemical pesticides. The exports cover pesticide intermediates. Pesticides and fungicide exports from India were growing at the rate of 15% and are expected to witness a more accelerated growth. Demand of copper sulphate is increasing rapidly for its use as a natural growth stimulant in animals, as well as in prevention of E.coli and listeria. The food-grade Copper Sulfate industry is a $1.2 billion industry growing at approximately 15% per year.

Copper Sulphate from Metallic Scrap Copper - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities

Copper is one of the most widespread materials used in the production of electronic equipment and found in multiple appliances as, e.g. circuit boards. Copper recycling has lately become more important due to the depletion of the earth copper resources and thus the increased price for raw material. The development of recycling processes is an important issue to effectively utilize the copper resources, minimize the adverse effects of hazardous materials and protect our environment. The processes used for copper recycling depend on the copper content in the raw material, its size distribution, and other constituents. Today, annual consumption of copper is more than nine times as large. The annual usage of copper throughout the world has doubled since the 1970’s to reach almost 20 million tons in 2005, of which 70% was produced by mining and 30% by recycling.

Copper Melting and Copper Ingot Rolling with Copper Wire Drawing - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study

Copper is mankind’s oldest metal, dating back some 10,000 years. All of the great civilizations of the past used copper and copper alloys (principally bronze and later brass) for both decorative and utilitarian purposes. Copper was used for military purposes, artistic applications such as church bells and statuary, tools and numerous other functional objects. However, it was the Industrial revolution that brought about a tremendous change in the production and consumption of copper and copper alloys. An ingot is a material, usually metal, that is cast into a shape suitable for further processing. Ingots require a second procedure of shaping, such as cold/hot working, cutting or milling to produce a useful final product. Wire rod produced by continuous cast, pure copper rod for making wire that is drawn down to various types of coated and uncoated wire. Global industrial demand for refined copper is over 14 mn tonne and its usage is growing by around 3% per annum. Developing countries account for over one-third of refined copper consumption. The domestic copper pipes and tubes industry is estimated to have a turnover of Rs 10 bn. It is expected to return a 25% growth in the next two-three years, according to industry estimates. A substantial part of total demand is met through domestic production. The gap is met through imports, growing at 25% by end users, such as refrigeration industry. Due to demand growth, it is a good project for entrepreneurs to invest. Any entrepreneurs venture into this field will be successful.
