Washing and Cleaning: To get rid of any impurities and extra water, the coagulated rubber is next washed and cleaned. 4. Mastication: After being well cleaned, the rubber is then put through a masticator, which reduces it to little bits and softens it. 5. Extrusion: The rubber is shaped into a long, cylindrical form by being fed through an extruder machine once it has been softened. 6. Dipping: After being extruded, the rubber is next submerged in a coagulating liquid, where it solidifies and forms a thin layer on the outside. 7. Vulcanization: To vulcanize the rubber and make it more resilient and elastic, the dipped rubber is then put in an oven and heated to a high temperature. 8. Rolling: Following vulcanization, the rubber is stretched and shaped into a thin, continuous thread by a series of rolling machines. 9. Packaging: To facilitate shipment and distribution, the completed latex rubber thread is wrapped onto spools or cones and packed.
