HDPE pipes are corrosion-resistant and simple to work with, making them more practical and long-lasting. HDPE pipes are lightweight and use less energy to manufacture. Other polyethylenes have varied densities, hyper-branched crystallinities, molecular weights, and chain structures. HDPE may be processed at temperatures ranging from 160°C to 250°C, with a shrinkage rate of 1.5 to 3%. Due to its great heat resistance, flexibility, and machinability, HDPE is a prominent polymer in the production of a wide range of plastic goods.
