Bread Plant (Semi–Automatic)

Bread is a staple foodstuff, which is made and eaten in most countries around the world. Bread products have evolved to take many forms, each based on quite different and distinctive characteristics. Over the centuries craft bakers have developed our traditional bread varieties using their accumulated knowledge as to how to make best use of their available raw materials to achieve the desired bread quality. In some countries the nature of bread making has retained its traditional form while in others it has changed dramatically. The proliferation of bread varieties derives from the unique properties of wheat proteins to form gluten and from the bakers' ingenuity in manipulating the gluten structures formed within the dough. The rubbery mass of gluten with its ability to deform, stretch, recover shape and trap gases is very important in the production of bread and all fermented products. Of all the cereals, wheat is almost unique in this respect.

Bread is most consumable wheat-based bakery product. It contains high nutritive value. They are easy to digest and compact in size, therefore, its consumption is increasing day by day. Indian bakery industry is spreaded over all small scale; large scale and house hold sectors.

PVC Membrane for Waterproofing

The sheet of polyvinyl chloride is used as waterproof barrier in construction for all types of roofs, terraces, walls also in civil engineering in vertical, tunnels or small hydraulic works and water tanks lining (metallic or concrete), ornamental lakes, ponds, pools, golf courses etc.

PVC sheets are manufactured with or without UV protection according to the intended application, if the application requires that the film is exposed to the sun apply UV resistant) if instead the sheet will be covered with another material so that is not exposed to sunlight.

High Tensile Fasteners

Industrial fasteners have a vital contribution for the growth of almost all sectors of industry. It is a wonderful manifestation which joins & secures materials together for any productive uses. A fastener is a connective mechanism that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together. A bolt is an externally threaded fastener designed for insertion through holes in assembled parts, and is normally intended to be tightened or released by torquing a nut. A nut is a type of hardware fastener with a threaded hole. Nuts are almost always used opposite a mating bolt to fasten a stack of parts together. The two partners are kept together by a combination of the friction of their threads, a slight stretch of the bolt, and compression of the parts. High tensile nuts and bolts find wide application in joining part where continuous rotation and wear and tear of the nuts and bolts occurs. As the nuts and bolts are subjected to variable stress in a dynamic condition, there is every likelihood that these fasteners can be failed at any instant causing situations like catastrophe. For the above purpose, nuts and bolts are manufactured from alloy steels having high tensile strength and resistant to continuous wear and tear.

Aerosol Cans

The aluminium aerosol can has been one of the most popular packaging materials for cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household items for decades. In addition to its ability for recycling in 100%, this modern packaging material meets all relevant European Standards. The indisputable advantage of the aluminium aerosol can is that it is light and strong at the same time; it excludes the possibility of corrosion and its packaging provides hermetical protection for the completed products. Besides its unique technical properties, the aluminium aerosol can ensures varied range of lithographical printings as well as special shaping options for achieving best ornamental performance of the completed product.

Aerosols offer a wide range of products from mass-market goods such as cosmetic and household products, to specific aerosol types dedicated for industrial or medical purposes. Food Products: A wide range of food packed in aerosols can be found on the market such as: whipped cream, cooking oil, salad dressing, ketchup, mustard, icing, colorants, cheese spreads, chocolate and coffee powders.

Cattle Feed

The principal feed resources for animal consumption in the country are crop residues like straws of wheat, rice and other cereals and stovers, which are very poor in feed value. Even these are in short supply. These are supplemented to some extent by relatively better quality fodders like cultivated leguminous and non-leguminous fodder grasses and concentrates. The latter are formulated largely from agro-industrial by-product and forest wastes and small quantities of low-grade cereals with the present stock of feed and fodder resources available in the country, it is impossible to meet the nutrient requirements of even the present day low-producing cattle and buffaloes. Such a situation is bound to aggravate difficulties in the feeding of better producing livestock such as cross bred lows in exploiting their full genetic potentiality for early growth, better reproduction and higher milk production.

Bicycle Manufacturing

A bicycle, is a human-powered, pedal-driven, single-track vehicle, having two wheels attached to a frame, one behind the other. A bicycle rider is called a cyclist, or bicyclist. Bicycles were introduced in the 19th century in Europe and, as of 2003, more than a billion have been produced worldwide, twice as many as the number of automobiles that have been produced. They are the principal means of transportation in many regions. They also provide a popular form of recreation, and have been adapted for use as children's toys, general fitness, military and police applications, courier services, and bicycle racing.

Bicycles are one of the oldest forms of transportation. Even today millions of people travel by bicycle daily to their work, college, universities and distant places. We are promoted from our childhood days to do cycling as it is one of the easiest ways to keep fit and healthy and works well towards environment protection. They are made of different components that are simple in working. Today there are different types of cycle for different kind of cycling experiences.

Detergent Cake

Detergents are defined as complete washing or cleaning products, which contain among their ingredients an organic surface-active compound (Surfactant) that passes soil-removal properties. The term detergent originated from the latin word detergine (i.e. wipe off), is now-a-days applied to all synthetic washing compounds. Synthetic detergent is not only used as household cleaning material but also have industrial applications in textiles, pesticide industry as carriers, etc. Frequently the term detergent is used synonymously with surfactant but common industry practice treats the surfactant as one component of a done here. Additionally this discussion treats primarily, only the so-called synthetic detergents, excluding those products in which soap is the sole or predominant surfactant.

Egg Powder

Egg is a highly nutritious product. Eggs are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. The poultry sector has made tremendous progress in the last decade. It has grown into an organized and highly productive industry. Fresh eggs have a very limited shelf life. To improve the shelf life and for ease of storage and usage egg powder is very convenient. It is quite stable at room temperature and can be stored over longer period. The manufacture of egg powder is an important segment of egg consumption. Egg powder is one of the most common products in poultry industry in the country.

Egg is one of the most versatile and near perfect foods in nature. It is rich in protein, amino-acids, vitamins and most mineral substances, the yolk and white components are all of high biological value and are readily digested. They are known to supply the best proteins besides milk.

The egg processing operation separates eggs into different kinds of egg products: egg white, egg yolk, whole egg and several mixes i.e. by adding sugar or salt. The pasteurized liquid egg is either packed as a final product or, in case of egg powder production; it goes via pipelines into a spray dryer plant. Therefore it is a good project to invest.

Pulp and Paper from Bamboo

Paper is a major product of the forestry industry, and is used widely in our society. Paper products are used not only in their obvious applications in the publishing industry and for writing on, but also in a variety of specialty papers, cardboards, brown papers etc. In addition, various chemicals are produced as a byproduct of the pulp and paper industry.

The use of paper for various purposes is an essential feature of the modern society. Therefore pulp and paper manufacturing is very important part of modern industry. Pulp and paper production is based on the use of bamboo as raw material, but also on the consumption of large-scale chemicals, like chlorine, sodium hydroxide, etc.

Bamboo is a fast-growing, evergreen plant belonging to the botanical family of grasses. It has long been used as a construction material and as a source of implements, weapons, and ornaments in several global regions, particularly in Asia. In these regions, bamboo pulp has also been used to make high-grade papers for many years.

Activated Carbon Powder from Jute Sticks

Activated carbon is a non-graphitic form of carbon, which could be produced by activation of any carbonaceous material such as jute sticks, coconut shells, bamboo, wood chips, sawdust, coal, lignite, paddy husk etc.

Without adding any additives, chemicals or bonding agents, our Charcoal Powder is completely natural and odor-free. By reducing waste discharged into the environment, or rather, by making full use of our resources, makes Charcoal Powder environmental friendly, and the world, a better place to live.

The Charcoal Powder itself has numerous of pores, the Charcoal Powder pores can effectively to suck air and all kinds of floating material, to sulfide, hydride, methanol, benzene, phenol and other harmful chemical substances to absorption, decomposition odor and deodorization.

Polyethylene Wax

Waxes are among the oldest worked materials used by humans. Their value as versatile construction materials ("man's first plastic") was discovered very early. Today, waxes are used mostly as additives and active substances. The use of waxes is expected to increase in the future because of their generally favorable toxicological and ecological properties.

The word "wax" usually refers to a variety of organic substances that are solid at ambient temperature but become free-flowing liquids at slightly higher temperatures. The chemical composition of waxes is complex, but normal alkanes are always present in high proportion and molecular weight profiles tend to be wide. The main commercial source of wax is crude oil but not all crude oil refiners produce wax. "Mineral" wax can also be produced from lignite. Plants, animals and even insects produce materials sold in commerce as wax.

Paint Industry (Decorative Paint & Acrylic Emulsion Paint)

Paint is any liquid, liquefiable, or mastic composition that, after application to a substrate in a thin layer, converts to a solid film. It is most commonly used to protect, color, or provide texture to objects. Paint can be made or purchased in many colors and in many different types, such as watercolor, synthetic, etc. Paint is typically stored, sold, and applied as a liquid, but dries into a solid.

The binder is the film-forming component of paint. It is the only component that must be present if the binder material is suitable for application. Many binders are too thick to be applied and must be thinned. The type of thinner varies with the binder. The thinner is also called the vehicle, because it makes it possible to transfer the binder to the surface with a brush, roller or sprayer. Components listed below are included optionally, depending on the desired properties of the cured film.

Solar Power Plant

Renewable energy in India comes under the purview of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. India was the first country in the world to set up a ministry of non-conventional energy resources, in early 1980s. India's cumulative grid interactive or grid tied renewable energy capacity (excluding large hydro) has reached 33.8 GW, of which 66% comes from wind, while solar PV contributed nearly 4.59% along with biomass and small hydro power of the renewable energy installed capacity in India.

Fossil fuel reserves are diminishing rapidly across the world, intensifying the stress on existing reserves day-by-day due to increased demand. Not only that, fossil fuels, presently contributing to 80% of world primary energy, are inflicting enormous impacts on environment. Climatic changes driven by human activities, in particular the production of greenhouse gas emissions, directly impact the environment. Energy sector has a key role in this regard since energy during its production, distribution and consumption is responsible for producing environmentally harmful substances.
