About the Scheme

Tamil Nadu is strengthening its startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem through the Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Policy 2023–2028, supported by StartupTN, TANSIM, and 120+ government incubators. Key schemes such as TNSSGF, TN Startup Fund of Funds (TNFF), NEEDS, and UYEGP provide seed funding, venture capital support, subsidies, training, and financial assistance for startups, MSMEs, youth, and first-generation entrepreneurs. The state also promotes women-led businesses through targeted programs and incentives, while MSME reforms, industrial benefits, and ease-of-doing-business measures create strong opportunities for innovation, manufacturing, and business growth across Tamil Nadu.
