Plastics, Polymers and Resins, Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyester, PA, Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC), Polyurethanes (PU), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene (PE)Projects

Plastics have revolutionized our lives, creeping into every nook and corner of our homes and offices. However, India’s per capita consumption of plastics is still 6 kg compared to 25 kg in developed countries. Consumer plastics mainly comprise polymers such as polypropylene, high and low density polyethylene, and vinyl chloride. Broadly plastics can be classified into two types namely Thermosetting and Thermoplastic. The type of plastics includes HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP, PS, PETE and vinyl plastics, to name a few.

The plastics industry is highly fragmented. There are about 22,000 plastic processing units, of which three-fourth are in the small –scale sector, which also accounts for a quarter of the total polymer consumption. About 30 per cent of the total polymer consumption accounts for recycled plastic. Plastics have a high volume –to-weight ratio, which makes their collection and transport a major cost factor.

The Indian plastics industry has been growing at a phenomenal rate of 15 per cent over the years. Thus its potential is being utilized properly. The boost in the plastics industry is due to the rapid growth of segments like electronics, packaging, healthcare, consumer durables and telecommunication sectors.Annually around six million tonnes of plastic is produced in the country, with the plastic packaging sector growing fastest.

Reliance Industries Ltd., Gas Authority of India and petrochemicals are major producers of polymers in India. RIL, Asia’s largest manufacturer of polypropylene with a combined capacity of over one million tonnes, holds 70 per cent market share.

India will be the third largest plastics consumer after the US and China by 2010 at over 12 million.Plastic goods consumption is expected to double in the next three years.  Experts have predicted that India’s market for finished plastic goods will reach $300 billion by 2012, while exports are expected to reach a level of $200 billion in the same period. India ranks highest in recycling of plastics with 60 per cent of plastic recycled compared with a world average of 20 per cent. Experts have estimated thatthe basic demand for plastic would be boosted over the next years by the housing, automobile and retail sectors.

Plastic Extruded Product (Slab/Rod) From Plastic Scrap - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Cost of Project

Plastic was once a dreaming product, now it is in the form of problem due to un-eco character of major plastic base products. Now all countries are in the search of eco products of plastic. Otherwise every country is now regulating the use of plastic or stop the use of plastic. Recycling of plastic is also the step of use the old plastic by decreasing the production of new plastic. It is require and short out all the plastic scraps and use it to produce new product. It can be used for lining over the metal sheet to protect the metal from the acid or alkali reaction. It can be used to make variety of articles. Few of the organized sectors are engage in the production plastic recycling machineries and most of machines are imported from Taiwan, China or from the European Countries. There is lot of waste plastics available in India. As a whole there is still few scope for the new comer. Any entrepreneur can come in this field.

Calcination of Non Plastic Clay - Manufacturing Plant, Detailed Project Report, Profile, Business Plan, Industry Trends, Market Research, Survey, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Feasibility Study, Investment Opportunities, Cost & Revenue

The term clay has a double meaning and therefore should be defined when it is used. Clay is used both as a rock term and as a particle size term. As a rock term, clay is used for a natural, earthy, fine-grained material composed largely of a limited group of crystalline minerals known as the clay minerals. As a particle size term, clay is used for the category that includes the smallest particles. Soil investigators and mineralogists generally use 2µm as the maximum size, although the went worth scale defines clay as material finer than 4µm. Grim uses the term clay material for any fine-grained, natural, earthy, argillaceous material. In this way, the term can include clays, shales, or argillites and some soils if they are argillaceous. Clay are comprised of certain groups of hydrous aluminium, magnesium and iron silicates that may contain sodium, calcium, potassium, and other ions. These silicates are called the clay minerals and the major clay mineral groups are kaolins, smectites, illites, chlorites and hormites. Clay and clay minerals are important geologically, industrially and agriculturally. They are important to the engineer in building foundations, tunnels, road cuts and fills and dams. Feldspar have a vitreous to pearly luster, the colours ranging through white, cream, pink, buff brown, red, grey, green and bluish, they may be clear or milky. The fracture is uneven. More than seven industries in organized sector are engaged in the manufacturing of calcined non plastic clays. There is bright future for new entrepreneurs.

There is increase of population through out the world. Most of the people has teeth problem in the earlier ages and maximum in the above age of 40 years. The most important factor to consider in the maxillary anterior segment is the vertical height of the alveolar process and its relationship to the proposed final restoration. It is necessary to allot the correct mesiodistal space for each tooth. The clinical and radiographic examinations may contraindicate implant dentistry and indicate a removable or fixed partial denture instead of implant therapy. The site and shape of the available bone are best assessed by the tomographic section. Type of acrylic teeth anterior teeth, anatomic posterior teeth, non-anatomic posterior teeth.
