Cold Storage

India is the largest producer of fruits and second largest producer of vegetables in the world. Fruits & vegetables, being perishable in nature require certain techniques of preservation for retaining the freshness intact and making them an acceptable item even after few days of ripening. It also facilitates the farmer to realize a better price instead of selling the product at a throw away price due to the perishability. This necessity as evolved a new concept of storing these items at below or just above sub-zero temperatures known as cold storage. Introduction of Cold storage / Cold room facility will help them in removing the risk of distress sale and simultaneously will ensure better returns. The annual production of fruits and vegetables in the country accounts for 18 to 20% of our agriculture output. Varied agro climatic conditions and better availability of scientific package of practices, there is a vast scope for increasing the production.

PVC Wire & Cables

The generation, transmission, and distribution of power involve electrical facilities, apparatus, and components, to carry the electrical energy from its generating site to where it is utilized. An important part of this power system is the cable system that is used exclusively to carry power from the main substations to secondary substations at load centers. Low-voltage cable is used to distribute power from the load centers to utilization equipment in conduits and ducts, even though other methods such as cable trays, direct burial for outdoor applications, and aerial cable are used. Electrical, mechanical, and environmental considerations are the main factors in selecting and applying cable systems for distribution and utilization of electrical power.

Cables are the source of carrying power and signal in power plants, refineries, process industries. Cable network can carry fire from one place to another in the event of fire caused due to external sources or due to short circuit.

Calcium Carbonate (Activated & Precipitated)

Sizing Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)—also known as purified, refined or synthetic calcium carbonate. It has the same chemical formula as other types of calcium carbonate, such as limestone, marble and chalk: CaCO3. The calcium, carbon and oxygen atoms can arrange themselves in three different ways, to form three different calcium carbonate minerals. The most common arrangement for both precipitated and ground calcium carbonates is the hexagonal form known as calcite.

Precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC), a manufactured form of calcium carbonate, is made by first hydrating high-calcium quicklime, and then reacting the resulting slurry or "milk-of lime" with carbon dioxide. The resulting product is extremely white and has a uniformly small particle size. It has numerous uses, most notably in the paper industry. With the trend in papermaking toward using the alkaline over the acid process, PCC is being used increasingly as a filler and coating pigment for premium quality paper. The trend is to produce PCC in slurry form at satellite plants located near the paper mills, using commercial quicklime, although it is also produced and sold commercially.

Pharmaceutical Unit (Tablet And Capsules)

The Indian pharmaceutical sector has come a long way, being almost non-existent before 1970 to a prominent provider of healthcare products, meeting almost 95 per cent of the country's pharmaceuticals needs. The Industry today is in the front rank of India’s science-based industries with wide rangingcapabilities in the complex field of drug manufacture and technology. It ranks very high inthe third world, in terms of technology, quality and range of medicines manufactured. From simple headache pills to sophisticated antibiotics and complex cardiac compounds, almost every type of medicine is now made indigenously.

Globally, the Indian pharmaceutical industry is ranked third largest in volume terms and 10th largest in value terms. The sector is highly knowledge-based and its steady growth is positively affecting the Indian economy. The organised nature of the Indian pharmaceutical industry is attracting several companies that are finding it viable to increase their operations in the country.

Bottling of Country Liquor (Automatic Plant)

Rectified spirit, methylated spirit, denatured spirit is the product of Ethyl alcohol or Ethanol. Ethyl alcohol has been described as one of the most exotic synthetic oxygen-containing organic chemicals because of its unique combination of properties as beverage, solvent, germicides an antifreeze, a fuel, a depressant and especially because of its versatility as a chemical intermediate for other organic chemicals. As a beverage ethanol (Ethyl alcohol) had been prepared and used long ago by the Egyptians. For hundreds of years alcoholic beverages have been taxed to generate government revenue all over the world. When ethanol emerged as a key industrial raw material the alcohol tax was recognized as a burden to many essential manufacturing industries. To achieve this denaturants were added to ethyl alcohol to make them unfit for drinking. The Denatured alcohol are either completely denatured alcohol or specially denatured alcohol. Methylated spirit is also denatured alcohol available freely without any government restriction for industrial use.

White Phenyl

A disinfectant is basically an agent, which destroys pathogenic organism. A good disinfectant should also be a deodorant possessing good keeping qualities. And it would be effective against microorganism of widely varying types.

Disinfectant is a general term used to describe a broad class of chemicals employed to destroy harmful bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms. They are part of many of the products like household cleaners, tooth pastes, shaving creams. Widerange of chemical products are classified as disinfectants. These include Chlorine and chloro compounds, Iodine and Iodophors, alcohols, aldehydes, phenols, quaternaryammonium compounds. This group of specialty chemicals is a fast growing segment.

Fire Fighting Foam

Fire-fighting foam is a foam used for fire suppression. Its role is to cool the fire and to coat the fuel, preventing its contact with oxygen, resulting in suppression of the combustion. Fire-fighting foam was invented by the Russian engineer and chemist Aleksandr Loran in 1902.

The surfactants used must produce foam in concentration of less than 1%. Other components of fire-retardant foams are organicsolvents (e.g., trimethyltrimethylene glycol and hexylene glycol), foam stabilizers (e.g., lauryl alcohol), and corrosion inhibitors.

Bamboo Sticks

Bamboo is a tribe of flowering perennial evergreen plants in the grass family Poaceae, subfamily Bambusoideae, tribe Bambuseae; although, the forestry services and departments of many countries where bamboo is utilized as a building material consider bamboo to be a forestry product, and it is specifically harvested as a tree exclusively for the wood it produces, which in many ways is a wood superior in strength and resilience to other natural, fibrous building materials. In fact it is often referred to as a tree by cultures who harvest it as wood. Giant bamboos are the largest members of the grass family. In bamboos, the internodal regions of the stem are hollow and the vascular bundles in the cross section are scattered throughout the stem instead of in a cylindrical arrangement. The dicotyledonous woody xylem is also absent. The absence of secondary growth wood causes the stems of monocots, even of palms and large bamboos, to be columnar rather than tapering.

Handicraft (Cane & Bamboo)

A handicraft, sometimes more precisely expressed as artisanal handicraft or handmade, is any of a wide variety of types of work where useful and decorative objects are made COMPLETELY by hand or by using only simple tools. It is a traditional main sector of craft, and applies to a wide range of creative and design activities that are related to making things with one's hands and skill, including work with textiles, moldable and rigid materials, paper, plant fibers, etc. Usually the term is APPLIED to traditional techniques of creating items (whether for personal use or as products) that are both practical and aesthetic.

Collective terms for handicrafts include artisanry, handcrafting, crafting, and handcraftsmanship. The term arts and crafts is also applied, especially in the United States and mostly to hobbyists' and children's output rather than items crafted for daily use, but this distinction is not formal, and the term is easily confused with the Arts and Crafts design movement, which is in fact as practical as it is aesthetic.

Denim Cloth

Denim is a sturdy cotton warp-faced twill textile in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads. This twill weaving produces the familiar diagonal ribbing of the denim that distinguishes it from cotton duck.

It is a characteristic of most indigo denim that only the warp threads are dyed, whereas the weft threads remain plain white. As a result of the warp-faced twill weaving, one side of the textile then shows the blue warp threads and the other side shows the white weft threads. This is why blue jeans are white on the inside. The indigo dyeing process, in which the core of the warp threads remains white, creates denim's fading characteristics, which are unique compared to every other textile.

Flavoured Raisins

Raisin is prepared from the sound dried grapes of the varieties conforming to the characteristics of VitisviniferaL. processed in an appropriate manner into a form of marketable raisin with or without coating with suitable optional ingredients. The fresh grape industry in the country is facing problems in marketing of the produce in both domestic and international market and in such situation the maximum benefits from grape cultivation can be derived by establishing the processing industries for production of value added products like good quality wine, raisin and juice which has market potential for domestic as well as international market.

Raisins can contain up to 72% sugars by weight, most of which is fructose and glucose. They also contain about 3% protein and 3.7%–6.8% dietary fiber. Raisins, like prunes and apricots, are also high in certain antioxidants, but have a lower vitamin C content than fresh grapes. Raisins are low in sodium and contain no cholesterol.
