Reclaimed Rubber Sheet from Waste Tyre

Reclaim Rubber is the de-vulcanized (recycled) old tyre rubber, the cross linkage between the sulphur & rubber are braked at high temperature & pressure with the help of chemical Di-Xylene Di-Sulphide. This Reclaim Rubber from tyres can be used as a substitute of natural & synthetic rubber. The major source of waste rubber is used automotive tyres. Mainly two processes are involved to utilize these rubber tyres. First is to convert the waste into powder form which is used as filler and second is to devulcanize or reclaim the rubber powder. Reclaim Rubber is primarily used in the manufacture of Cycle tyres, Rickshaw tyres, Battery Boxes, Automobile tyres and other molded rubber goods and further R & D efforts may lead to its use in new areas. The price of Reclaimed rubber is low compared to various types of synthetic or Natural rubber and that makes its more competitive it market. The supply of reclaimed rubber can be increased for many more years as its potential it a large extent is yet unexploited rubber reclaimed use only 20 per cent of rubber scrap.

Silicone Emulsion

Silicone emulsions are inert, heat stable, non-toxicity products, which suit many industrial applications where lubrication, gloss, antistatic, protective and release properties are advantageous.Silicones use in the various uses i.e., alloying agent for steels, aluminium, bronze, copper and iron, production of halogenated silicones organo-silicones compounds, silicone carbide spring steels, deoxidizes in steel manufacture, semi-conductor in integrated circuits, and also in other refractories. Properties also favourable to the industrial uses i.e., good appearance, dispersibility, stability, good conductor of electricity, good conductor of heat, paint of immersion, temperature range 50 – 250°C, low surface tension and excellent dielectric properties.

The demand and supply gap which is inclusive of requirement for silicone emulsion is indicative of wide uses and demand of silicone emulsion in coming years. Silicone emulsions as mold release agent offer an unique combination of properties, viz. inertness, heat resistance, low surface tension combined with good lubricating power. Silicone emulsion is having immersed market potential in future because of its various useful industrial applications known.

Curcumin from Turmeric

Curcumin is the main biologically active phytochemical compound of Turmeric. It is extracted, concentrated, standardized and researched. Curcumin, which gives the yellow color to turmeric, was first isolated almost two centuries ago, and its structure as diferuloylmethane was determined in 1910. More recently, evidence that curcumin may have anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities has renewed scientific interest in its potential to prevent and treat disease. Curcumin is a water-soluble orange-yellow colored powder. Today, India is the primary exporter of turmeric (known as haldi in India). India dominates the global market for spice oleoresin, which is in big demand from processed food and fragrance industries that now mostly prefer natural coloring and flavoring agents to artificial ones as consumers become increasingly health conscious.

Vitrified Floor Tiles

Vitrified tile is a tile which has been processed in such a way that it has very low porosity (and water absorption) which make it stain resistant and very strong. Vitrified Tiles have far superior properties compared to marble or natural granite because being a manufactured product; their quality is controlled whereas in naturally occurring marble and granite good quality is just a coincidence. Vitrified tiles possess much better mechanical strength, scratch resistance, resistance to acids, alkalies and chemicals, resistance to staining etc compared to marble or natural granite. Vitrified tiles have the colour right through the tile not just on the surface. They are usually not as brittle as plain ceramic tiles and can withstand heat better.

Vitrified tile is a tile produced using vitrification. By this process the tiles created have very low porosity. Making it stain-resistant and strong. It is an alternative to marble and granite flooring. The main product segments are the Wall tile, Floor tile, Vitrified tile and Porcelain tile segments. The market shares are 35%, 53% and 12% respectively for Wall, Floor & Vitrified/Porcelain tiles. The tiles are available in a wide variety of designs, textures and surface effects.

Precipitated Calcium Carbonate

Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)—also known as purified, refined or synthetic calcium carbonate.Calcium carbonates, including PCC, are considered to be non-toxic. In the U.S., the Food and Drug Administration has Affirmed calcium carbonate to be GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe). As long as the PCC meets certain purity requirements, it can be used as a direct food additive, as a pharmaceutical or as an indirect additive in paper products that come in contact with food. Similar acceptances and approvals exist around the world where PCCs are widely used in these applications. Precipitated calcium carbonate is a versatile additive for use in a wide range of plastic and elastomeric applicationsPrecipitated calcium carbonate (PCC), pre-dispersed in slurry form, is a common filler material for latex gloves with the aim of achieving maximum saving in material and production costs. The approximate demand of this product in India is around 300000 MT per annum.

World demand for precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) is forecast to grow by an average of 4%py from around 13Mt in 2007 to nearly 16Mt by 2012. Growth rates will be highest in the paint (6%py) and rubber (4%py) industries though the largest increases in terms of tonnage will be in paper and paint. Much of the increase in demand will take place in Asia, especially in China, with much lower rates of growth forecast for North America and Europe. The largest regional market for PCC is in Asia, followed by North America and Europe.

Mild Steel Welding Electrode

Welding is an efficient method of making permanent joints between two or more metal parts. Welding electrodes are used in welding various metals in the fabrication of equipment for chemical & Allied industries, construction of steel structures such as bridges, factory sheds, in the manufacture of ships, Vehicles and engineering equipment. Mild steel is welded by electrodes to a maximum among all the metals & Alloys. Therefore M.S. Welding Electrode is the most widely used core wire. Besides this, special grade electrodes are being developed for specific applications.

For mass welding jobs solid continuous welding wires find increasing application. Welding electrodes are used in joining, surfacing and protective maintenance for varied materials and thus their variety is large while their raw material requirement being very specific.  Welding industry is substantially dependent on the automobile, steel and engineering sectors, which were passing through difficult times but picked up substantially since 2002-03.

HDPE/PP Woven Sacks

                                     (Using Circular Looms)

PP/HDPE woven sacks laminated with LDPE/PP liner have wider applications. HDPE woven sacks are much stronger & can withstand much higher impact loads because of HDPE strips elongation at break is about 15-25% as compared to 30% of Jute. These sacks are much cleaner & resist fungal attack. Jute prices are very unstable in the market since Jute is an agriculture product. These sacks have many advantages over other conventional sacks materials & are quite competitive in price.

The major users of HDPE/PP woven sacks are fertilizer, sugar, cattle feed, cement & other chemical Industries. Oil seeds, salt, starch, pesticides, detergents & many other items are also being packed in woven sacks. HDPE/PP oriented strips are becoming increasingly popular in India & have caught the eye of many end users for their requirement of packing materials. Because of such superior properties of plastic woven sacks, it has high demand everywhere.

Soya Bean Oil, Soya Paneer & Soya Extract

Amylase

Amylases are enzymes that catalyses the hydrolysis of internal α-1,4-glycosidic linkages in starch in low molecular weight products, such glucose, maltose and maltotriose units. Amylases are among the most important enzymes and are of great significance for biotechnology, constituting a class of industrial enzymes having approximately 25% of the world enzyme market. They can be obtained from several sources, such as plants, animals and microorganisms. Today a large number of microbial amylases are available commercially and they have almost completely replaced chemical hydrolysis of starch in starch processing industry. The major advantage of using microorganisms for the production of amylases is the economical bulk production capacity and the fact that microbes are easy to manipulate to obtain enzymes of desired characteristics. α-Amylase has been derived from several fungi, yeasts and bacteria. However, enzymes from fungal and bacterial sources have dominated applications in industrial sectors.

Maize/ Corn Starch, Sorbitol & Dextrose

Maize is one of the best cereals after paddy and wheat. It is largely cultivated in the north and west India. Lot of commercial as well as industrial products are manufactured which are used as the preparation of food base products or directly used for the preparation of food, in the paper industry and many other chemical industries. There is series of steps require for the conversion of maize to starch and other bye products. There are basic commercial product maize hull, maize oil, zein (maize protein), maize starches are obtain directly from maize.

Starch is a group of polysaccharides, composed of glucopyranose units joined together by-glucosidic linkages. Starch can be obtained from maize,Physical and chemical properties of starch vary according to the raw material from which it is derived.

Sorbitol is low caloric refined sugar alcohol, which is produced from dextrose. Sorbitol is a hexitol, C6H14O6, found in nature as the sweet constituent of many berries and fruits best known from Sorbus aucuparia

Starch is not a uniform commodity, however. It is a heterogeneous commodity used in the manufacture of myriad food and non-food products. Market demand for starch is strongly and positively correlated with average per capita income.

             High Temperature Thinner

Thinners, as the name implies, are added to varnish and lacquers to thin them out usually to brushing consistency. Thinner is a hydrocarbon (naphtha) or oleo resinous solvent (turpentine) used to reduce the viscosity of paints to appropriate working consistency.Thinner is the solvent and used with all types of lacquer, including nitrocellulose, CAB-acrylic and catalyzed. It’s the most interesting of the finish solvents because it’s composed of half-a-dozen or so individual solvents. Manufacturers vary these to control solvent strength and evaporation rate.

All commonly available lacquer thinners sold for thinning lacquer will adequately dissolve the lacquer. But less expensive lacquer thinners sold for clean up don’t dissolve lacquer adequately.

Wood Plastic Composite

Wood plastic composite is good to solve the problem arises in the environment. There is scope of use agricultural waste product. In this case we will use waste polypropylene or polyethylene, or it may be used virgin polypropylene or polyethylene, waste wood. Rice husk, plastic additives like (DOP, DBP etc). There are different percentages of raw material used for the production of pallets decking, outdoor furniture like park bench, windows and door shutter frames etc. This product is manufactured by using automatic imported machineries or by using indigenous machines. Automatic machines are given the good finished product with quality. There is very negligible amount of environmental pollution available, which can be controlled by easy means.
